The property has been updated throughout over the past couple of years. The flooring is LVP and tile, and there is no carpet. There is a swanky walk-in shower, and the A/C unit was replaced recently as well.

This 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom condominium is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Phoenix, Arcadia Lite. The complex is quiet and quaint, but just around the corner are some of the hippest restaurants, bars, and breweries that Phoenix has to offer. Old Town Scottsdale and PHX Sky Harbor are just 10 minutes away.

The condominium is fully equipped with high-speed internet, a smart tv, washer and dryer, a grill, and an oven. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Enjoy drinks on the enclosed patio while you grill, and lounge by the communal pool on those hotter days.

Centrally located in the Valley, you'll be able to explore with ease, and Uber's and Lyft's will pick you up in minutes.

    Loved the location. Walls a little thin as you could hear the surroundings pretty easily. Not a loud neighborhood by any means.

    The condo was very clean and bright and we liked having the washing machine and dryer. It is close to hiking and to Scottsdale and not far from the bike path. A great location.

    We enjoyed our stay in Phoenix very much. This property is located near a main thoroughfare which makes getting places very easy. It was clean. Chris was very responsive. Parking on property in assigned space was great. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied but we really did not cook any meals. I would’ve liked another dresser in bedroom and a shelf in bathroom. Also the cords coming from TV around into bedroom was a distraction. It was cold when we arrived and found the extra blankets a blessing. Despite these things that are easily changed I would recommend this condo for 1-2 people.

    Location is central, easy walkable to shopping and dining. Complex is well maintained, with covered parking. Pool looked inviting however did not use it. Unit is 1bed 1bath with an additional inflatable mattress. Adequate towels and bathroom necessities provided. Kitchen provides minimum basics but coffee and filters were included.

    This is a great location to Camelback, north Phoenix, and easy driving to Scottsdale. A great variety of eateries within walking distance. Home is clean. Area is safe.

    Cute, clean property with nice outdoor patio. Easy walk to several breakfast/coffee spots and easy drive to lots of great restaurants.
