Updated 3rd-Floor Home With Courtyard & Partial Beach View, Shared Pools/Hot Tub

View was amazing. Kitchen was not well equipped and the mattress desperately needs to be replaced.

The couch had multiple stains on it. The bed sheets in the master bedroom were nasty with hair from the previous renter. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay, we just felt as if the room could have been a little cleaner.

We love staying at A Place at the Beach! This was our 3rd summer there. However, the condo we stayed in this year was not very clean. The couch was terribly stained and dirty on the outside and the rollaway bed was also dirty. The top bunk was dirty and looked to have blood on the blanket/sheets. The master shower had mold on the shower curtain. The rest of the property was as always clean and beautiful. The door entrance to our condo was not child proof. The door was very easy to open from inside, it really needs a lock or chain on it to keep littles from escaping.

Perfect enough for our family of 5. The rain showers were a nice touch, and the kitchen definitely had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy basic meals with plenty of seating at the table. The apartment wass decorated very cute. Of course we accepted the very, very minor spots that appeared to need updating. The apartment was in a good spot for viewing the ocean and the property itself was wonderful with lots of amenities to enjoy. Our only issues was with the cleanliness, which appears to be reflective of Vacasa's services, not the home. There was sand on the floor and visible garbage and food under the couch. Also, there was dirty silverware mixed in the drawer with clean silverware.

We loved the amenities and our stay. The only down fall was one of the workers, Susie, I believe was her name. She hovered & was constantly questioning us. She gave the kids pool toys but then would be picking them up while they were playing & right in front of us parents. She just made you feel like you were a bother really. Her 2 days off we had peace & no one even approached us.

Beach was perfect! Amenities so convenient!

Perfect condo for our family of 5! A Place at The Beach is the perfect place to take kids! The condo was clean and a great view of the pool. Can't wait to go back!!

It was a nice weekend and thankful for the nice weather so we could enjoy the amenities. Unit was cute and nicely decorated. The kitchen had the basics but not well stocked (ex: one small glass cup). We enjoyed our time though!

The condo was in a great location. We visited in the off season and it was quiet. The pools and outdoor activities look like they will be a lot of fun for the kiddos! The condo itself was small. But would easily house my husband and i and our two teenage boys for a week. We have stayed in a lot of different condos and houses and hotels at several different beaches. This was by far the cleanest condo i’ve ever stayed in.

The unit I stayed in was close to the elevator and stairs and beach access. The view was amazing! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
