Updated 30A Townhome/Steps To Private Beach Access/Community Pool

Fantastic experience! This gem is a hidden treasure on 30A. We had 4-5 people in our party during our stay. Plenty of room and right on the beach. The only negative thing I could say would be the stairs. About 80 stairs to get to beach and then you have to come back up the stairs to get to the townhouse. If you know the area you know ALL the places have those stairs so no problem. If you were not aware of that it would be a surprise. We didn’t mind because we love the area. I think there is a ramp further down so if you needed that you should check out the area more. Again, we had a great time and would stay there again !

We had a great family vacation and the condo was perfect for us! Easy access to a private beach and all the amenities we were looking for. We are taking home many great memories and feeling relaxed and happy!

I’ve lost count how many times we have returned to this property. We absolutely love the location and unit itself. iTrip is great to work with and I keep coming back due to ease of communication and friendliness. The unit I believe was in better shape than ever before. It stays full stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay from kitchen items to beach toys. The only reason I am giving this review 4 stars is because the pool at the complex continues to get worse each time we visit. I spent an hour each morning cleaning it myself because it’s covered with bugs and debris. I probably shouldn’t have even let my child swim in it but he loves a pool! I just believe for the price you pay for a weekly rental, you should have a cleaned and well kept pool to use daily. Our last day the pool only had half of the normal amount of water it should have had. Other than the pool, it was a great vacation!

We found this condo to be centrally located, yet not in the higher traffic area, which is a total bonus! It was super clean and ITrip vacations was very accommodating with any of our questions or needs! I highly recommend this condo and we for sure, will be returning! The only downside, there are MANY steps to get to the beach and our beach access is not disability friendly and neither is the condo(not wheelchair friendly !

Private beach location was ideal on a very busy fall break week in 30A!! Blue Mountain beach is wonderful! The condo was clean and beach access was so easy!

Outstanding property

I absolutely love working with iTrip and staying at this condo. They are extremely professional and quick. The location is perfect and the unit is perfect for families or girls trips.

This townhouse was perfect for a family! I have stayed in many places in the area and this was the most stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Kathy was wonderful to deal with and was always quick to responding. My only complaint was there wasn’t a ton of extra towels so we had to wash every single day and there were no blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Other than that everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment have everything you will need (except a bottle opener:-) It’s a great location, close to everything and the beach is just beautiful. Kathy from iTrip was great to work with. She was responsive, friendly and efficient. We will definitely use this renting agency again.

This condo has been nicely updated and is in great location in Blue Mountain Beach. There are three buildings and this townhouse is in the middle building. Nice open plan on second level with well-equipped kitchen (no wine opener though), Bedrooms are on the third level. The garage and grilling porch are on the ground level, but we never accessed either one. It was a quick easy walk to the beach steps. There is a seating area at the top of the steps if you don't want to go down to the beach, but that sugar white beach and that crystal water are not to be missed up close. We would definitely return! A few words of caution though: 1) The wi-fi signal pulsed on and off all five days that we were there. If you need reliable wi-fi, you may want to take a hotspot. 2) The condo has 3 big Samsung TVs, but we had recurring issues getting games on a big football weekend. Take your own streaming device. 3) Allow recovery time between showers. Hot water barely lasted for two normal showers.
