Updated 3-Level Home with Balcony & 2 Master Suites! Summer Complex Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first thing that greeted us when we arrived was signs that the parking lot would be closed for paving the next day and that our car needed to be moved by 8 a.m. There was a knock on the door at 8 a.m. asking us to move our car off the property. A courtesy notice email prior to arrival would have been helpful. The next thing we noticed is that when we opened the door in the dark we almost fell down the stairs to the immediate right. There was no warning or safety gate and the flooring made it impossible to distinguish where the stairs were located. The main living room/kitchen was poorly lit. The living room window coverings were not large enough to provide privacy. The light over the sink didn't work. The internet and tv never worked even when we followed all the rebooting instructions. The showers and bedrooms were spacious and clean. We were not given a pool key but when let in, the pool was freezing and the jacuzzi was dirty. The pool area only had three rickety lounge chairs and very little shade with no umbrellas or shade covers. We checked out a day early because it was so disappointing. We have stayed at another property for many years with Mammoth Reservations and had a wonderful experience so this was a major letdown. We would never recommend this property.

Great location! Easy walk to Canyon Lodge and right across from the shuttle stop to get to the Village.

It was convenient and close to the lift, i like the ski locker, ease of parking, and ease to get in and out of the place. It was somewhat updated. The couch was uncomfortable, kitchen was oddly spaced and configured. The heater in the master and living room didn't work the first night but the management was superfast in the morning and got one fixed and gave us a space heater for the master. The lack of extra sheets and comforters made it cold the first night. Bathrooms were great. Appliances up to date. Main living room was tight but had lots of seating. You're paying for the benefits of being close to the lifts.

We had a party of 7. The grandkids loved the upstairs with two sets of bunkbeds. The living room and kitchen area was a little tight for a group of our size. The stairs had a few nail heads sticking up that were sharp. Another guest wrote about this earlier as well.

There were exposed nails on the stairs that were kinda sharp, so it was a little dangerous. We just kept shoes on to avoid any injury. Overall, we had a nice stay, just some quirks in the condo.

Very nice swimming pool hot tub and sauna. Only negative was that the heaters in the condo didn't work but maintenance was quick to respond and provided us portable heater.

We had 4 adults and 5 young adults and sleeping accommodations were as advertised. It was tight when everybody convened in the family room and kitchen though.
