Surf Song 223 - Escape to island life in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath poolside condo on the second floor with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The entire condo has been recently updated with new furnishings, decor, and all new paint. The kitchen has went through a recent full renovation with new cabinets, granite countertops, and updated appliances. You will also find an ample supply of dishes, silverware, pots & pans, and small appliances. Relax in the living room that includes a leather sofawith ottoman and a comfortable leather recliner to lounge and enjoy the flat panel cable TV with DVD player. The dining table can seat up to four. The large main bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. In the master bedroom suite, you will find a king bed along with a large dresser and closet for plenty of storage. There is also an attached 3/4 bath with large shower. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, dresser, and nightstand.

Step outside and down the stairs to the heated pool and picnic tables with umbrellas. The white sand of Madeira Beach is also steps away where you can relax and do all of those things that you think of for a beach vacation. You can also take in some of the most beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Located directly across the street from Surf Song is John’s Pass Village, a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County’s #1 tourist attraction. The village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. You will also often see dolphins swimming in the water of John’s Pass just off the boardwalk on the south end of the village. All of this is available to you with a short walk across the street or under the John’s Pass drawbridge.

When staying at a SunHost unit, linens for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for your stay are always provided. You will have access to 7 day a week office staff and office services (copying, print boarding passes, etc…) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Free wi-fi, cable TV, and telephone for local calls are also provided.
