Price
Winter 2026–2027. You must stay at least 30 nights.

December or April: $3,295 a month

January, February, or March: $3,495 a month

3 months or longer: $3,195 a month

February is only available if you also book January or March.
Extra costs

Tax is extra if you stay 6 months or less.

There is a $3,000 refundable deposit.

The condo association charges an application fee.
