Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this exceptional vacation townhome located minutes from great beaches, enticing village restaurants and sunsets on the pier. Courtyard Villa is a well-loved condominium complex located at the south-end of the island. This unit is ideal for small families!

This attractive, completely updated, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome is located in Courtyard Villa complex, near the beach, “The Village” and pier. Walk down towards the village areaand you will find a great public park with tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, baseball fields and a children's playground.

This villa has a bright, fully equipped, modern kitchen with a divider/counter looking into the dining and living room. The living room has sofa, and comfortable club chair, flat screen TV and a back door to a private patio. The dining room table will seat 6 comfortably and there is ample counter space and bar stools for your morning coffee. There is a half bath located off of the foyer.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bedroom has a set of twin beds. A full modernized bathroom serves both bedrooms. Both of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The upstairs bedroom has updated décor. A full-sized washer and dryer are in a closet in the hallway.

The patio area has fresh, new landscaping. Courtyard Villa has a large community pool (pool is open seasonally).

    Perfect amount of space for a family of 3-4. The back patio was sunny and nice for enjoying our morning coffee. The pool was clean and convenient for relaxing by in the afternoon sun. A short golf cart ride to town/pier.

It is difficult to get any closer to downtown SSI than that. Visitors' do not need a car if you have a golf car to drive around. There is a w/d, a drip coffee maker (a Keurig-type would be better) and an iron. The steps to upstairs are steep so consider that if traveling with someone who doesn’t handle stairs well. The beds comfy. All-in-all, a pleasant stay.
