Stayed Mar 30, 2024Perfect amount of space for a family of 3-4. The back patio was sunny and nice for enjoying our morning coffee. The pool was clean and convenient for relaxing by in the afternoon sun. A short golf cart ride to town/pier.

Reviewer Comments: This condo is located on Mallory Street about 3/4 of a mile from the St. Simon's Island (SSI) pier and lighthouse. It is difficult to get any closer to downtown SSI than that. Visitors' do not need a car if you have a golf car to drive around. Hint: Call the local property management Real Escapes Properties direct.

There is a w/d, a drip coffee maker (a Keurig-type would be better) and an iron. The steps to upstairs are steep so consider that if traveling with someone who doesn’t handle stairs well. The beds comfy. All-in-all, a pleasant stay.
