John`s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here, you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop until your heart`s content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity, but you can rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise, or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and public beach access points are within the city limits. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!

Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to settle the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John`s Pass Village and Boardwalk.

• Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please abide by pool rules as posted if applicable to include but not limited to: No glass containers at the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 10pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

    It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Was convienient to places to eat without driving. Was relatively quite considering its location on a main drag. Kitchen did not have a dishwasher....The Pool was very nice. We used it everyday.

    I liked the quick walk to because and store right next to us.i HATED how dirty and gross the condo was.was told someone would be out to clean it and noone can to clean it.under the bed are gross the closet full the dishes were dirty and in the cabanet.the house was just absolutly gross.will not recomend ever

    I've gone back and forth on writing this review. I want to be 100% honest so those who book in the future have a real review. First the condo is clean, close to everything, directly across from public Beach access, and next to a has station and walkable to restaurants and even an alligator attraction (which are all things we do when we visit our house on the island). Now HUGE issue were the palmetto bugs in the bedroom Aka large cockroaches. We did reach out to management who of course claimed it was due to rain, but again we actually have a house here and with proper pest control if they were getting in they should have been dying. We treated the unit multiple times ourselves before finally solving the issue on day five. I tried to not bother management until there were three in one night which was a major issue. We did not feel comfortable preparing food in the unit so it having a kitchen was useless at that point. Again the unit itself was clean but the bugs ruined that feel for me. Another note would be that the beds are obviously broken as they are sunken in in the middle and you cannot use the pull out sofa because there is a giant box table thing in the middle of the livingroom that practically touches the dining room table that basically blocks the walkway. Furniture upgrades are needed as well as pest control. They did however provide ample towels and the bed linens were very nice.

    This place was about 6 minutes walk from the beach and there was a bus stop as well to take you to Johns pass if you wanted. The pull out was not in great shape for a restful sleep, so that was a challenge for us. The kitchen was small but had everything you might need to cook. If making leftovers, you need your own containers though. The number lock system also sometimes had a sticky key which made it difficult to get in but would eventually work. Towels were bath towels so bring beach ones if you're heading there. The pool was nice and heated and folks were friendly. Overall, it was a good stay

    Had a place on the beach for 2 weeks, ending on March 30th, but didn’t want to drive back to Canada on Easter weekend so booked for 5 days but had to cut it short to 3 . Clean place beds comfy, close to restaurants, beach…

    The property was great - as advertised. The location directly across from Public Beach access which was perfect for us! I had elderly parents with us and it was close enough for them and safe! Cross walk just a few steps away. Property was clean. In sight maintenance and he was awesome!!! Just over all good choice!
