THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
Open concept with the living room, dining area and kitchen all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to relax and enjoy. It has everything you would expect from a luxury condo including high-end fixtures, 3 flat screen TVs and comfortable sleeping quarters. THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
There is something very special and welcoming about this picturesque gated community. There is a friendly mix of full time, seasonal and month-long residents. The grounds, gardens and common areas are beautifully maintained. The mountain views are stunning. Communityresort-style pool, spa outdoor shower, BBQ and firepit lounge area. This upper level condo also has its own private balcony.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the deluxe bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, flat screen TV and ample storage. The Master suite has a King bed, en suite bathroom and sliding doors to the balcony. The second Guest Room has two Twin beds that can convert to King and en suite bathroom. There is also a half bath off the living room.
THE LOCATION
Ideal location - just blocks from Palm Canyon Drive where you will enjoy strolling the famous Thursday night Village Fest, the Farmer’s Market, fantastic restaurants and clubs, art galleries, shopping and more!     This property has a very nice two-bedroom setup with a very functional and comfortable great room. The property had a nice pool, hot tub, and pool seating area that was never very busy. The property also has 4 level 2 chargers that are available for charging your electric car. They were never all in use during the 6 weeks we were there and so were always available. This property is also conveniently located within 2 or three blocks of several restaurants such as Sandfish, Billy Reeds, Ricks, Boozehounds, and 1601. The only negative with this condo is that for the first few days the road noise coming from the street is loud. After a couple of days you get used to the road noise and it is not a big problem. We plan to return to this property in the future if it is available.
