Clean condoNice beach viewI would update the bedding and sofa.We were disappointing in the restaurants at the resort. Access to the beach was perfect from Tower 3 Tower 3 pool was wonderful too

Our stay was wonderful! Angela was very responsive and the condo was even nicer in person than the pictures. The view is amazing and the resort has everything you need. No reason to even leave except maybe shopping. We will definitely be back!

Our condo was absolutely gorgeous! We stayed here recently for our honeymoon and enjoyed beautiful views from our room and living room. The condo was very clean and organized. The resort itself was beautiful and had a delicious restaurant on site. The host was very kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely love to say here again.

Property was beautiful. The resort was great and had many amenities. Multiple pools to access and very easy beach access. Very friendly staff. Host was great and even checked in during our stay. I loved that they had chairs to use so we didn’t have to rent. Would use this resort and hosts again. Amazing vacation.

There was nothing disappointing about my first time visit to Pensacola. The condo was clean, beautiful view and had everything you needed. The building had its own pool and hot tub community building that had outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis courts and spa. Except to walk across the road to the beach you wouldn’t really to leave property. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

My host Angela was amazing, great amenities, all you needed to cook a meal and a beautiful xmas tree. The unit was recently upgraded and Angela did a fantastic job. Would book again.

We had an incredible stay in Angela's condo at the Portofino Resort. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated, well furnished and so close to the beach. The best part was the view! Absolutely perfect! Her parking space is very close to the door and the amenities at the resort (restaurant, pool, spa, shop) were top notch. There was a bit of a snafu at check-in and while the front desk staff were less than helpful, Angela took care of the issue (which was absolutely not her fault) right away. Other things we enjoyed about this condo: there are three elevators and they are quick (no waiting), the building was quiet, very safe and extremely clean, the beach and pool are just a short walk away and we loved the location of the resort. We can't wait to come back! I highly suggest this space! My Mom and I enjoyed every minute of our time here.

We were very happy with the unit. It was clean, private and had a great view. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were soft and the bed was comfortable. We highly recommend it.

Extremely clean. Super easy check in. List of tasks at checkout were very clear. Best sunrise view from every room. Nice workout center. Pools were quiet and enjoyable. Beach is amazing (for convenience, we paid 55 for umbrella and chair setup rather than using the ones in condo). Easy drive to Pensacola beach for shopping or restaurants).

The view from this condo is absolutely amazing. Better than anywhere else we've stayed on Pensacola Beach. The condo and ameneties were both wonderful and our host Angela was very helpful. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Had an issue day 1 with the front door not opening, which caused us a pretty significant delay to our beginning our vacation on the first night of our stay. We were informed that this was an existing issue, but were patient and very communicative with the property owner while it was addressed by maintenance. When our flight was delayed by a few hours on the day of our departure, the owner of the property was not as understanding and did not offer any support or extended accommodations, in spite of our first nights stay being abbreviated due to maintenance issues with their property.

Loved the views! Grest place for 2 couples that both want a king bed with view! Finding double master with view is hard to find and at a fair price.

This property was exactly as listed and was perfect for our family beach vacation. We arrived to a very clean space. The views from the 18th floor were spectacular. The beach was not too crowded and easily accessed from tower 3. The amenities offered by the resort were enjoyed by our kids. Angela was an excellent host and communicated throughout our stay. The beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie board for the kids were an added bonus. The condo had everything we needed throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the minimal wait times to take the elevator up and down throughout the day. We would definitely stay here again.

One of the most beautiful and clean units I have ever stayed in. Property manager checked on us throughout the trip to make sure everything was to our liking. We loved the area the condo was in. It has beautiful clean pools, restaurants, stores, a spa, and easy beach access. We’ll be back!

Wonderful place we will be back .. We normally stay in 30 A at seaside but this place has everything. You don't have to leave the resort if you dont want to.. Blue Angeles flew by Sunday absolutely amazing..

Our jaws dropped when we arrived and saw the stunning view down the length of the beach out the floor to ceiling windows! Amazing! We spent so much time enjoying the balcony and that view. We even saw the Blue Angels fly by while out there thanks to a heads up from Angela! The condo was comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for our week long stay. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler provided were a huge help. The resort grounds and amenities were top notch! Would love to stay again!
