Unit 504 Beachfront and Harbor View -Newly renovated with available Boat Slip

Great!!! Very nice, loved the limited numbers on units.

Overall nice place but for how much we paid some of these issues should not have happened. Big thing with a toddler was the tub was not draining. The guy came out and said he fixed it but for days after it it did not work. They kept saying it was fixed but again it wasn’t. Fan in living room not working. Queen room was very warm compared to rest of place. Air was blowing and fan working but fyi still very warm. A/C in master bedroom was very loud. Keurig machine worked but had some issues. View of the Harbor very nice and private beach area very nice. Walking distance to closest beach was very nice. Security was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Please get decent toilet paper for what we are paying. Spend the extra 1 for a place like this. 10 minute drive to Harborwalk or you can take water taxi from the nearest beach down the road. The repair person came by Sunday and said he would be coming back the next day to fix the drain in the tub with the snake and he never showed after Sunday. Also when he was there he talked about getting drunk at a concert he was just at and a little bit hungover. Nice guy but let’s be more professional. Living room extremely comfortable with wrap around couch. Outside patio perfect views of Harbor. No beach views though so fyi. Kitchen fully stocked. Plenty of seating to eat. Parking convenient and close to building. 1 elevator for entire building but no issues. Overall nice place but for what we paid some things needed to be better.

This was a perfect location for our family vacation. Within walking distance of beach locations where our family enjoyed snorkeling, boogie boarding, and swimming. Building was well-maintained and unit had everything we needed, including friendly neighbors! View of harbor was lovely. The open living space provided our family of 7 comfortable seating for movie/game nights and meal times. Played lots of pickle ball and were only 10-15 minute drive from everywhere else we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing condo with amazing views. The host was super helpful. The location was perfect, safe and secure. We had a wonderful experience!

Our trip to Destin, Florida was wonderful and this condo made it even better. It was so clean and very well stocked. We didn’t need to bring anything extra, except your beach towels for the most beautiful beaches. Will definitely be returning here!!

We drove to Destin expecting a great a experience and enjoy our stay, but we were received by the office management not expecting us and asking a lot of questions. Looking at us pretty deceiving. We infomed them and wrote down the amount of people staying. We were pretty clear about the number of people and names staying in the unit. 8 adults and 3 children 1 year old, 6 year old and 8 yeat old. Which I informed. The place and the people in the build were welcoming but the people incharged which we came across a couple of times always looked at us up and down. I dont want to get into details and bring race to this review because I believe we are all equal and if I'm able to afford the stay here money is not a problem. Plus now the management company of the property wants to keep my deposit because it was over 8 people. Which they called the next morning and informed me the management from the building called them to inform they weren't aware but I disclose everything and whoever I spoke said We always have issues with this property because of the type of people that manage the property are older and dont like change or other types of familes ' That was not on the description. I usually dont spend a lot time typing reviews. But this time I feel disappointed and disrespected by not only the complex management and experience my family had to go through but now the management company has to remind me by trying to keep my deposit. Its not right. Stay away.

The condo is beautiful and the views are better than the pictures. Responsive management, clean and in order as advertised.

Great place. They had chairs for beach available, snorkels, beach toys, games for the family. We have stayed at waterview towers on and off for 15 years.

You will not be disappointed if you rent this place. Communication with owner was excellent. You can see the gulf from the pool area and are steps away from private beach. The condo itself was very well kept and very beautiful.
