Stayed Jul 28, 2025I loved my stay at Gulf Gate. Our ac was not working upon check in and Gary got someone out to fix it very quickly. I appreciate the new shower outside when coming in off the beach and getting some pool towels at check in. Gary was friendly and helpful and the entire process from booking through checkout was smooth.

Stayed Mar 9, 2025As being previous guests at South Beach Resort. We had a enjoyable week. Check in was very quick and easy. Diane, in the office was very courteous and accommodating. The grounds, apparently sustained damage due to the hurricane, landscaping crews were planting flowers, plants and shrubs. The Maintenance Man was there everyday, taking care of the pool area, and area around the resort. Everything looked great. Glad to be back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed being there with our friends but because of the bathroom situation by the pool, it made it very bothersome to have to return to the rooms, especially for several handicapped members and those with small children.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great place to stay. Our 2nd year. We will go again next year. So quiet, friendly, close to eating places. Units have beach chairs, umbrella which is awesome.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a lovely stay at Gulf Gate #401. It was clean, well updated, and there was plenty room for my family of 4. It was also well furnished. The other guests we met staying at the property were very friendly. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very pleasant experience. My first time using this type of vacation lodging. Loved the thoughtfulness of providing everything needed for the beach. That made the visit very special. Loved the beach decor, lovely bowls of seashells. Super cute! Very comfortable stay.

Stayed May 3, 2022We had an amazing stay in May. The view was beautiful! The condo was clean and perfect for our stay. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. We had easy access to the beach.
