UNIT 3321 - Luxury Villa at Island Resort

The condo faces the lake, has amazing views and is quiet! The facilities are well equipped for a family and we could use for cooking a pleasant dinner! Wonderful experiences for our family and had a very chill Christmas!! Highly recommend!

Great balcony view of the lake. Great location within the condos itself. Very clean and extremely comfortable beds.

Overall the house was great. The only criticism is that the house was dusty. And the primary bedroom was extremely dusty, including the floors.

This unit has the most incredible views of Lake Travis! The unit is very well appointed and beautifully decorated. Upon arrival the unit was very clean and even had extra towels for the pools. The resort is very nice and really quiet as well, there are so many deer at the property and surrounding areas. You can actually feed the deer, they will eat right out of your hand. We will definitely be coming back in the near future.

The beds were as hard as rocks it was like sleeping on ply wood

Enjoyed our stay. However the condo was not suitable during a cold snap in the weather. The heating unit was unadequate and seals around the windows and doors leaked. NorthShore responded very rapidly by providing portable heaters. The overall experience was very satisfying. We intend to return next year.

From the outstanding customer support from Melinda, to the condo villa being sparkling clean upon arrival, the comfort and spaciousness of each room, fully stocked kitchen and the breathtaking sunsets from the balcony, this was the best vacation rental we have ever experienced. The WiFi and TV also worked flawlessly. It truly felt like a home. Additionally, we were very pleased with the underground parking, fitness center, indoor outdoor pools and the on site restaurant. We were two couples for 4 days. Condo was comfortable and spacious, well appointed. Keyless entry made check- in easy, good instructions e-mailed. Only issue we had was trying to reach a person at the property to coordinate delivery of an emergency medical shipment. Finally goghled the resort and found a phone number and reached a real person. The property management company was not answering on a Monday morning after 10 a.m. and the answering service was only there

We stayed in this unit for 3 nights. It's a bit off the beaten path but still is close enough to plenty of shopping and restaurants, and in a very peaceful setting. Drive careful coming in as there were often deer on/near the road (which was so fun to see!).The unit was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen included everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and the sheets are very nice. There were plenty of bed pillows and towels in both baths. The master bath is very large and the jacuzzi tub was nice. We loved sitting out on the balcony. Though the water was down a bit (time of year) there was still a nice view. Parking is underground which we loved and our spots were close to the elevator. We worked out in the fitness center (which was not super cold as many are, thank goodness) and I loved that there was a hot sauna in the ladies bathroom. All in all, stay at this unit made for a very nice and comfortable visit of the area and we plan to be back. I would highly recommend. The only problem we had was that we could not find the garbage bins on each floor where you are supposed to empty trash when you leave. It would help if there was more info about those and/or they were shown on the map. In any case, there was a large dumpster in the parking garage so we dumped our trash bags there.

Everything was perfect and was very clean with the exception of the tile flooring. Love the view and the amenities. Would definitely consider returning.

The condo is beautiful and has an incredible view and sunsets. I do have some suggestions for the condo. 1) providing a window and a general purpose cleaner. We had nothing to wipe the glass table, stove top and counters. Also some sponges. 2) providing more than just 1 garbage bag. 3) the front loader washer door was shut so it smelled really musty, clean out the rubber seal. 4) it would be nice to have some plastic cups in the unit as it’s a $1000 fine to bring glass to the pool. We flew into Austin so we’re not able to bring swim towels, cleaning products, plastic glasses etc. Not a lot was provided such as tissues and above mentioned items. Overall it was a beautiful place to stay.
