Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to Sand Cay for many years now with Family. We have stayed in every third floor full gulf view. We love it here but we are. Noticing the units are getting very dated. The beds are no longer comfortable, sofa beds are horrible. We would like to see the owners up date their units.

Stayed Jan 14, 2024We had stayed in the same unit in 2019 and the view was what we liked the most then and now. The master bedroom bed is not comfortable. It has a hump in the king size mattress. Replacement may be needed. The heat went out during our stay but it was quickly repaired. TV in family room is not the best picture We were only given 1 key in our late check in envelope Overall it was an okay stay
