Stayed Aug 20, 2025These rooms need to be cleaned far better. The floor was so dirty I couldn’t let my baby crawl around. And if you’re unlucky enough to get what I can only assume was a very large and drunk person above us banging around from 3am until dawn, it’s really bad. There were lots of dirty dishes in the cupboard as well - they should not have guests be cleaning dishes. The refrigerator made a very loud noise during the night, and the bathroom door creaked so loudly.Postives! Lots of drawers and cabinets for storage space; great location; big tub with good water pressure; spacious room; decent amount of cookware and dishes.

Stayed Aug 15, 2021This is our second year staying at the Braemar, because the location is fantastic. Quick drive to ocean and bay beaches, Salty Market, and local restaurants. The Unit was clean and comfortable. The only (small) drawback to being on the ground floor is that we could clearly hear the guests upstairs walking around, which is not ideal if you're not keeping the exact same hours as your neighbors. I would love to return in the future and would definitely recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Had a great time. Everything t was as advertised and good proximity to beaches, restraints and a winery. Everyone was very helpful and nice.
