Second floor, poolside. Directly over pool. This unit has had numerous upgrades this year including a complete kitchen remodel. The bathrooms are incredibly beautiful and convenient. Master bathroom has walk-in-shower. New paint and furniture with pretty soft green and ivory tones.
Unit is not directly on the beach but offers such amenities at our lower rates that it's quite a deal! Since our property is on the Gulf, and view is a view of beauty.

Stayed Jan 14, 2021Our stay was amazing. The whole property and room was very clean and very welcoming. We felt at home right away. They allowed early check up, which was amazing. We loved the pool and beach toys for everyone to use. Easy access to the pool and beach- both right on property. Such a beach view from our room- partial beach and pool/property. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Beach lounge chairs are provided in the beach along with towels. Unit #210 can use an upgrade on paint colors and furniture but not a deal breaker. Highly recommend Sand Cay

Sand Cay is a very nice place to stay. Each unit is individually owned and right on the beach. Love the lounge chairs on the beach. The office staff is super friendly and helpful.

The condos were SO clean and had all the amenities needed for a beach stay. Very easy walk to a beautiful beach that almost felt private. The staff was friendly and very responsive when planning- 10/10 recommend
