Just a short walk to the beach, and steps away from the office, fenced in pool, tennis court and laundry facilities. This unit was totally renovated in 2015 with a beach, sea glass feel. The unit has an open floor plan, with great flow from the kitchen, dining area and family room.
Both bedrooms are extended and spacious with ceiling fans and flat screen TVs. The second large bedroom has two full beds.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Everything you could want in a holiday accommodation! The apartment is beautifully decorated and presented, clean with all amenities you need. Great location and very helpful and friendly team in reception. Would definitely book again and request this same apartment.

Stayed Dec 27, 2022Property was clean and perfect for our needs! Great location on the beach with a pool too! Free laundry was a nice touch. This property is located right about halfway between Brandenton Beach and St. Armands. The only challenge was getting to restaurants between 5-6 PM due to traffic.
