Stayed Dec 31, 1969A special thank you to Gary at the front desk for all his help and kindness. He's so good at his job and very much appreciated. And Maintenance man Mark is the best at repairs. And my favorite cleaning lady, Laura, is super good. Gulf Gate definitely has the best employee's at this resort.

Stayed Jul 21, 2022Wonderful unit in a great location on the beach. Comfortable bed, nice furnishing. Only issue was that water was shut down for 7 hours on one day for maintenance. Not a normal occurrence, but an inconvenience.

Stayed Jun 17, 2022Pros: This property was absolutely perfect. In a great location. Views of the bay from the balcony and the ocean from the front porch and master window. We enjoyed the updated furniture and cooked meals in to save money. Cons: The cleaning people did a subpar job at best. The dining room table had sand all over it, there were many dishes that were put away dirty (which we cleaned), the half roll of paper towels were stained, no sponge for dishwashing and no extra trash bags. We felt that basic supplies like those mentioned should have been available and the unit found have been cleaned better with more attention to detail. Overall we had an amazing trip and stay and would stay here again and will recommend.
