Guest Access:

Beautiful Terrasol Beach Resort condominiums is located at breathtaking Land's End in Cabo San Lucas. Walk from the condo right onto the sand! Hear the waves lapping the shore at night! Enjoy whale watching, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, and all water sports. It's only a ten minute walk to all Cabo San Lucas restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. On site bar/restaurant, two swimming pools.



The Neighborhood:

Terrasol is located in the hearth of Cabo San Lucas. 5 minute walking to the Marina (Pier). Restaurants, Shopping center, water activities, swimmable beach are all within 15-20 minutes walking.



Getting Around:

- A car is not really necessary as you can walk to most of the places like restaurants, clubs, marina, shopping, however it is always an option.

- Public transportation available across the street from terrasol.

-Taxis are available right outside the gate



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: The Terrasol Resort charges a nightly resort fee and tax for each condo which will need to be paid separately upon checkout.

The new rates for the Resort Fee effective April 1, 2024 are:

1-2 people 18.50 per night

3-4 people 23.50 per night

5-6 people 28.50 per night

7 or more people 33.50 per night

*Parking on premises $5 / Day

*Just one car per unit is allowed.

    Buckle Up!We initially liked the unit as it was recently remodeled, but then the nightmare began. We quickly realized we had no hot water, there was sewer gas coming from the shower drains, there was no grill, the hot tub wasn’t functional, the glass door to the master was broken and there were cockroaches.The lack of hot water was first addressed by the Terrasol team on day 4 as they replaced all 3 water heaters, but did not fix the issue. Terrasol then offered us a full refund for the first 4 days, but the issue wasn’t resolved so I declined. The plumbers returned on day 5 to work on the issue again to no avail. Day 6 was Christmas so no work was completed, then finally on day 7 workers came back and worked on the water heaters again. I then received an email from Terrasol admitting they would be unable to provide us hot water during our stay and asked us what refund we would accept.On day 8 the Terrasol team violated the vrbo TOS and gave my personal information to the unit owner, at which time she began stalking me with phone calls, texts, searching for us on the resort grounds and coming to the unit multiple times.The unit owner came to the unit again, entering uninvited, and went through every room taking photos and asking questions. We argued and I asked/told her to leave 10 times over 20 mins before my adult son and I cornered her to the door at which point she finally left. Day 9 she was waiting for us at the front desk as we checked out.Beware!!!
