Stayed Aug 8, 2025The space was as listed. Check in was easy and the host responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Perfect location for us as it was a ten minute drive to downtown Provincetown. It was quiet and peaceful!

Stayed Jun 17, 2022We loved our stay here. The property was clean, and thankfully because of the quiet time it was peaceful after 10. Central to some very nice restaurants and very close to PTown.

Stayed Jun 25, 2021Maurice made check-in easy and was very helpful in answering questions. Te studio was comfortable and if you stand on tip toes you can see the bay. The small kitchen worked well and had a new air fryer. The room has a futon so there are 2 beds. It was a good location for our activities. All in all, a good value for this time.

Stayed Jul 14, 2020Nice size private deck facing park like view with breezes from the bay.; has a full kitchen with all the amenities to cook your own meals; quiet, private and clean; near Provincetown, easy access to shopping, restaurants and beaches. We had a lovely stay - only downside was the top mattress was uncomfortable, like sleeping on a moving balloon. We had to bring in our camper mattress and then all was well.
