Stayed Jun 19, 2025We came up for a short vacation. The location was perfect. The grounds were well maintained. Pool was spotless. It was so nice to meet Rosie. She is the best. We will definitely return for our next visit to the cape. We would highly recommend this spot.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024Everything was perfectly fine. When you're paying a cleaning fee, to request that guests take out their own trash seems (and leave an envelope out for a tip for the cleaning person) seems like a bit much.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Excellent communication with property manager, Maurice. Clean and comfortable space, perfect for a couple or even small family. Central location, close to P-Town and beaches but far enough away from the hustle and bustle!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property is conveniently located for a short travel to just about anything worthwhile in Cape Cod. Quiet area during our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy. Communication with the manager was exceptional. We had a great experience staying at Braemar. Would recommend and thanks again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This place was perfect for a girls trip. Sleeps four comfortably, clean, had everything we needed and check in and check out were a breeze. It’s about 10 minutes from downtown provincetown, which was perfect!
