Shuttle runs to the beach and back approximately every 10-15 minutes starting at 9:30 Am to 5:45 Pm.

Resort fees are as following:

For all other guests, the resort fee structure is as follows:
$30 per day for stays of 1–6 days
$25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
$20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
$300 per month for stays of 30 days
For stays exceeding 30 days, the fee is $300 plus an additional $10 per extra day.

We do monitor all guests checking in and out of the property through a Ring doorbell camera devise set up at the front door outside of the property. We don’t have any recording devices inside of the unit. The purpose of having this device is to make sure that guests do not violate our house rules and guidelines. This property has a strict No Party and Non Smoking policy, violators will be evicted immediately. No refund or offset will be granted for said violation of our house rules.
Please treat the property with care and respect, keeping it clean and free of damage to avoid any deductions from your security deposit.
This is a strict No Smoking and No Party property, both inside the unit and throughout the building—no exceptions. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction with no refund, and a $1,000 penalty will be deducted from the security deposit.

    This stay is perfect for 2 couples who want to be close (but not directly on) the beach. The 2 king beds and full bathrooms were luxurious. The walk to the beach was not bad, and takes 5-10 minutes depending on the drawbridge and traffic lights. The view was great, and the rooftop was nice. We ate at the Hyde restaurant called Tarrazas and it was amazing! There are some other great restaurants in the area too. The only issue we had was with the elevators in the building (which was not too bad most of the time). There are only 2 elevators for a 33 story building, which is on the designer and is not at all the host's fault. Some tips if you are having a hard time: try to check in early if the host allows you, or later after 5:30-6. It was almost an hour wait on Monday at 4:30pm because of everyone checking in and coming off the beach. Try to go down to the beach early, around 9:30 or 10 to avoid elevator traffic. Also, since the condo is on the top floor, pressing the up button makes the elevator come faster because of the way elevators are programmed :) Overall great stay and the host was super responsive! Thank you!

    The property was just as it was portrayed. Modern and clean with an amazing view. Beach was only a short walk and had plenty of room despite being a busy week. Ness timely responded to all questions and was a great host.

    Wonderful view of the south Florida Stranahan river/ intracoastal waterway and Atlantic ocean from the master bedroom and balcony! Night views are breathtaking and the condo is top notch with a great location. Ness, the host, is welcoming, timely and professional.

    We found the condo to be a wonderful get away. The views from the bedroom and living room were outstanding. We spent many hours on the deck. The condo was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. There were no dish towels, sponge, hand soap, or dish detergent. While the condo was enjoyable and our floor was quiet, the rest of the building was full of partiers. The elevators were quite miserable. We waited up to 20 minutes each trip to go up or down. Beach chairs were not as listed. We were told by Esteban Chair Service the service was moved farther down the beach and the chairs were no longer red. While we were able to get chairs, the walk was longer and there was no separation between regular and VIP.

    Overall this property is a very nice place. Views were very nice as everyone attests. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had most of the basic necessities. The complimentary shuttle service to the beach was nice. Also Ness was always timely in his responses when required. One thing I would mention that I didn't see mentioned by others before is that the beach chairs/umbrella service is about a quarter mile walk down the beach from the drop off point. Not that big of a deal but that wasn't clear in anything I'd read. Also, you need to bring towels from the property to the beach, they are not available at the beach. Again, no big deal but it isn't stated anywhere that I'd read. Pool is a bit small and chairs were taken every day by 9:00 am, so if you plan on spending time at the pool you need to get there early. Again, this is a very nice property and I would stay again, but it would have been nice to know some of these things ahead of time.
