The place was okay, the beach was great. I planned and purchased this through you company and not VRBO. The extra costs were outrageous for cleaning and etc. I will continue using Expedia but i will not stay anywhere that has an VRBO surcharge attached nor any place associated to VRBO. I believe that your price per night should include all associated costs. VRBO was a costly addition that wasnt quoted until selection was made and trip was scheduled. I pa8d the extra because we had already planned the week. Make additional costs visible at the cost per room. Thats it, thank you.no need to respond.

Condo was good size, great balcony/view. Very short convenient walk to pool/beach with really good beach staff/service.

The beach could be better but the stay worked out great and for the price it was a great stay.

The property was perfectly located close to everything you could want.

Limited storage for clothes due to most of the closets were padlocked. We went down to load the car at 8:53 am. When we got back to the condo to get the rest of our stuff, we were locked out. Owner had already cancelled the code! Thank goodness Jetty East was able to help us get the rest of our things.

Host couldn’t have been more accommodating, professional, & making sure our needs & stay was a memorable one! Our check in & out process was very clear & precise without any complicated instructions! He was available for any questions or concerns 24/7 showing much dedication for our vacation to be as pleasurable as possible!

The condo was perfect. It was clean and well equipped. Awesome view of the sunsets. Beach chairs and umbrella set up was great. Such nice guys. The gazebo was great for our family cookout. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

The room over looks the canal and part of the gulf. Pool was heated and clean. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Hot tub was busy, we didn’t get a chance to use it. The condo was clean and cozy.

We are a retired couple and spent a lovely two weeks in this well-appointed condo. We appreciated the cleanliness, the super view, accessibility to the beach and the pool. We also appreciate host’s easy and quick communication at all times. Highly recommend.

Our second year to stay here and just love it. It’s a quiet area yet still convenient to restaurants and shopping. We are excited to see a new park, beach and boardwalk going in across from harbor park. It’s an easy walk from jetty east. Hope to be back next year.

This is a great condo- has everything you need in the kitchen for a great stay. Bed is comfortable and nice towels in the bathroom. Also the beach chairs that are provided for the winter months when beach service is unavailable is a nice touch. Great patio furniture and a nice view of the bay and bridge- we were able to see the fireworks on NYE from our balcony. The property is very clean and easy access to beach and pool.

The condo was spotless. Nicely decorated and had a great time. Getting into the place was easy and all the information was sent to us, will be looking forward to staying again.

The check in and out was easy and convenient. The host was great provided us with all the information that we needed. The condo was clean and in good condition. The king bed slept great. The location was perfect we loved our stay at the Jetty East.

Beautiful location right on the beach and plenty of nearby restaurants and things to do! Always love visiting Destin and this condo was the perfect spot for us.

We have stayed at Jetty East for years. Wonderful property! Pool in on the beach, views are beautiful and safety is key! This is the first time we have stayed at this room but will be back. Quick response and very helpful, beds was comfortable and updates to the condo were very nice!

Amazing condo, fantastic location, great view, and top notch beach service. Super super easy beach access and pool access. Dont have to carry anything far.Will look to stay here again as long as it continues to be on Vrbo.

Our trip was wonderful from start to finish!

We stayed for 7 nights in June. Gated community. Felt safe staying in this building as a woman with two children. We do practice common sense, keep the doors locked and once it was dark outside, we stayed in our unit. Elevators were working fine. Sounds like they were replaced last year. Unit is on third floor. Outdoor pool area is nice with enough shade umbrellas to stay out of the sun if desired. Beach is very close. There are some small shells on this beach. A lot of the shells you’ll find are broken. Beach service is nice, able to stay out of the sun when desired. A hose is available to spray off feet, sand from floats or shoes. Air conditioner works well in the unit. No bugs or insects in the unit. No problems with noisy neighbors or loud music. Nice for families. King bed is comfortable. For us, the pull out sofa bed was not comfortable enough to really sleep on. Three of us slept in the king bed. Kitchen is nice. Dishwasher works. Did not try clothes washer/dryer. Lots of grocery stores nearby (we had a car to drive).

Condo was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Take the stairs or elevator and you are right at the beach or pool. Beach service was easy. Perfect place to just relax.

Our family of 4 enjoyed the beach access, pool the most. The condo was well equipped for cooking meals, and the bed was very comfortable! Our only complaint is the gym, which was something we were looking for. Its the size of a large utility closet with one treadmill and one weight set. But everything else was amazing!

You are steps from the beach and pool. You give your information and are shown to two lounges and umbrella to relax on the beach. The unit had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

It was a nice Condo., enjoy the view and location. We enjoy your first trip to Destin.

My wife is a clean freak and she was very happy and comfortable with this condo. The location is perfect. Nice pool area and beautiful beach. The condo building itself is older and there was repairs being made while we were there. It was not a problem for us just know it’s not the most modern complex but felt it was well worth the price.

This place was great and the amenities around it.I will definitely book this location again

We enjoyed this condo very much. Check in was easy and the condo was equipped with all the essential items plus a few extras. The owner has great attention to detail. The patio furniture was great, the bed was comfortable, nice towels in the bathroom and a great welcome manual. I would recommend this condo!!!

On the beach (love), condo with a great western view of the harbor and bridge (love). Sunsets in October weren't direct like they would be earlier but the boardwalk closest to the western edge, right off where our nearest elevator was, was more than the perfect viewing and photographing spot from east to west (my favorite!) The condo was beautiful, clean and perfectly accommodating! Grateful for the stay! Hope to do it again!

This condo is in a great location and right on the beach. The unit is on the side of the building that has a wonderful view of the harbor. Everything is clean and updated. The owner was responsive and very helpful. This was actually the second(maybe 3rd) time we've stayed here. The beach setup was especially nice!

My husband and I loved this property and the area. Having beach service included was a huge bonus and much appreciated. The property was clean and the room was perfect with everything we needed for our week long stay. We also enjoyed the live entertainment on the patio. The only criticism I can include is that the bed was extra firm, which may be great for some, but was really hard on my back. We only had one small issue with the beach attendant that was quickly and efficiently resolved by communicating with the owner. We would recommend this property.

Awesome place! Phil was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was the beautiful! That's where we spent most of our time. It was relaxing.I also got to experience a once in a lifetime swim with a dolphin right off the beach!

Property was clean, comfortable and the property manager was helpful. Short walk to the beach. Short drive to dining and stores. We loved that the condo came with chairs and an umbrella. Only complaint was the elevator. It was extremely slow. .

My best friend and I decided to take a hiatus from our wife and mom duties and hit the beach! She had never been to Destin before so we started searching. I typically like FWB or PCB but was happy to just be going somewhere warm and with a friend! We got to searching and Phil’s unit popped up. Immediately upon reading everything, I said this is it. We will not get anything better. I have been coming to Florida for over 30 years. We had the best time. The unit is absolutely gorgeous and recently remodeled. And, when I say remodeled it’s not the ‘landlord special’ it is beautifully done. It has every single thing you’d ever need. The beach chairs included were great but we didn’t get to do much at the beach as Hurricane Francine gave us lots of wind, rain and slightly cool temperatures. I would absolutely stay here again if I came back to Destin! Thumbs up from us!
