☀️Unbelievable Oceanfront Views from this Luxury Condo-The Wave 302☀️

This condo is located on a fantastic beach. The view was wonderful from the dinning area along with the living room. Really enjoyed the beautiful water foul; there aren’t many places in this world that you can see as many active species, especially from the comfort of air air-conditioning….Found the floors covered in sand upon arriving, but beach front living is sandy. And as soon as we could remove the sand we chose to leave our sandy shoes at the inside door. Condo was well equipped for the most part.And nicely decorated. We did feel the green growth in the pool should have been taken care of, we contacted the host company. But it wasn’t! We never were able to use this pool!!Along with the amenities was an outside grill.Unfortunately for us it didn’t function, and we had purchased steaks. We were told the owner knew well of this. We asked that he remove the grill from the advertisement of this property.Still we loved the Beach!!!

We loved everything about this property. The setup was lovely the balcony was larger than most and overlooked an intimate and well-equipped pool area. It's a nice quiet section of the drive Beach which was wonderful. Playing on going back several times a year!

Great view, nice, well stocked unit. A little cumbersome with all the doors/locks in and around the property but we enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful vacation spot. Beautiful both inside and out. Very cozy and clean. Amazing views to wake up to every morning and communication was prompt. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay and unwind.

All was great. Only imperfection was the floors. They were in need of some serious mopping.

Fantastic experience! The kids loved the beach and the pool and we were lucky enough to see the artemis launch from the beach directly in front of the property. Having three bedrooms and three baths made everything so much easier for us to share space with multiple people.

The communication with the host was excellent. Instructions about the unit were detailed, well-written and timely.

The location is great, the place needs to be updated

condo was perfect for our needs. maybe another big bed but the views and access were terrific. we would definitly stay again.

Location Location Location!!! The views are stunning!!! Big, beautiful condo!

The condo is in a terrific location and amenities are exactly what we needed. The only reason I gave 4 stars is some minor maintenance is needed. Loose door knobs, stuck closet doors, vanity faucet and fixtures not great. There also was a shortage of glassware and coffee mugs, plates. We expected a keurig coffee pot but not a huge problem, just had to run and buy ground coffee. Our group was all seniors and we would have appreciated a grab bar by the bathtub. Still it’s a beautiful unit and we would definitely stay there again!

The check-in process is very vague. I was told to go in the lobby door. Go all the way up to our unit. Get in there then get the garage door opener. Come all the way back down and let my husband in the large garage door. While he circled because there is no parking in that area. All I would’ve had to do is go into the lobby go into the garage and push the button and let him in, but nobody told me that so it was very frustrating. Also, I called the number when I got in the unit to verify if there was a specific parking spot for us and was told there was not. Came to find out that there is a specific parking spot for each unit which we did park in but again misinformation on a frustrating check in already.

This property offered all the things we wanted for our special weekend and delivered! The spacious layout, ensuite bedrooms, and location were perfect for our family trip. The open kitchen, living room, dining, and large balcony were exactly as advertised and where we spent most of our time. Having one garage parking spot was nice as well. Beach views were stunning and access was easy. The only downside to a smaller condo building was the small pool. There was a large party occupying every inch of pool deck, not a chair or table was open. We'll be back!

Very nice condo. Updated which is hard to find. AC was very cold which is a must! Pool was just OK but overall stay was great.

Three old friends that wanted Ocean View, Three Bedrooms, and a great balcony.

The condo is more lovely than the pictures. Bedding has been updated and 6 dining chairs rather than 4. The ocean view from the balcony was incredible.The beach access is perfect! The public access boardwalk is steps away from the front door!I love to cook and this place has more pans, bowls and utensils than most. We chose this location because of proximity to family and it was the perfect place to host a day of beach fun followed by comfortably intimate dinners and game night. We brought games but there are more in the pantry cabinet in the kitchen.The kitchen trash can is small, but when we discovered the beyond convenient trash chute in the utility closet off the kitchen it all made sense because a large bag of garbage will not fit. Also, the laundry is right off the kitchen and whisper quiet. For parking, you have an assigned space in the garage and there are two guest spots out front. Expect those to be gone unless you park your vehicle there to save the spot. But parking is available on Hill Street. There are more beach chairs and towels than advertised (see garage cage for extra beach chairs). But plan for your own supplies -- paper towels, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, liquid dish soap, etc. Other guests (including us) have left behind extra toilet paper, cleaning supplies and basics like salt, pepper and some spices, You just won't know until you get there.It's very self-serve, but I would go back here tomorrow or anytime we can get to the area.

Wonderful weekend with friends. Excellent location for restaurants and activities. Beautiful beach.

My husband and I stayed the month of March and it was so nice and quiet on the beach then my family came over from Orlando with our two grandchildren and played on the beach and swam in the pool and the ocean! We’ll be back again soon!

We really enjoyed the accommodations. Very spacious with beautiful view. Only complaints were that the TV had no instructions and each room was something different. Instructions would be very helpful. Wish list for higher commodes. Refrigerator water dispenser needs cleaning. Mold forming.

We loved this condo which accommodated our family perfectly. Having 3 bathrooms was very convenient and the views of the ocean were wonderful.

We had a great stay. The view it’s absolutely amazing. We were there during a cold snap but absolutely got to enjoy the view every single day whether we were on the patio or just looking out from inside. If it can be arranged , we will be back.

Condo was clean and had all the accommodations needed for a few days. Great view.

We were disappointed by the small dining area, which only had four chairs. We were a family of six, so that was immediately an issue. The three bedrooms with their own bathrooms is great. However, the rooms are plenty large to both have queen beds, or even king sized beds. Having a full sized bed in one of the rooms was ridiculous. Additionally, the room with the full sized bed shared a wall with the living room, and the vent in the wall acted like a megaphone. The vet allowed each person on either end of the wall to hear in full what was being said on the other side. All the furniture in the bedrooms was old and it showed. The floors of the property were quite dirty due to the textured tile not having been cleaned well. We understood that the property did not have extras in the kitchen, but there were zero garbage bags which seemed like a necessity that should have been provided rather than an extra that was not provided. Overall, the stay was just fine. I wouldn't recommend the property or wish to stay here again though.
