Unbeatable ocean view from enormous balcony!HUGE 2/2 with 5- star reviews!!

The location was lovely, with a great view of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment needed to cook wonderful meals while staying in the unit. Susie was a pleasure to work with and was friendly and communicative along the way. Our stay was fun and comfortable!

The place was perfect. Everything worked, no issues. The balcony with the view is the best on the strip. Our manager communicated on every question we had.

The pictures provided are a very accurate representation of the space. Excellent location. Very clean.

From check in to check out everything was amazing and easy. The owners sent several emails communicating things clearly. We loved the condo and it had everything we needed. Loved the beach view from the balcony.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights and loved every minute. Check in was a breeze and they were able to accommodate an early check in. The parking is all under the building and there are elevators and large carts to assist with bringing luggage and items easily, without multiple trips. The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The condo has a keurig and drip coffee maker and came with a few of each and there was a few laundry pods as well. The king sized bed in the master bath as very comfortable and so was the giant sectional couch in the living room. We really enjoyed sunsets from the huge balcony and coffee there every morning with ocean views. The beach has access right across the street and NO ONE was there! This was such a welcomed vacation away from the touristy beaches of central and south Florida and the water was so pretty.

It was our first time in Mexico Beach and we are already looking forward to a return visit. I don’t think we could have found a better place to stay. The condo is perfectly appointed and the view is perfection, especially from the large private balcony. We rented bikes to explore the area and drove to the Cape San Blas area, had wonderful meals, enjoyed the food trucks and walked across the street directly onto the beach and soaked in the sun and the beautiful sunsets. Everyone we met is very proud of their small quiet town and we all hope it stays that way. Thanks to the Clement family for a lovely stay.

We loved 3E at The Club in Mexico Beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Even though it was across the street from the beach, the view from the balcony was as good as a beachside condo for a fraction of the price. The beach access was great and the area was not crowded at all. There are many places to access the gulf for fishing including Tyndall AFB. Just go online and apply for a free access pass to fishing on the gulf just West of Mexico Beach. We will definitely be back!

This unit and the whole property was well maintained and convenient to the beach. The pool was very pleasant. The balcony was so inviting, private, and had a great view.

You see the ocean as soon as you come through the door. You see it sitting on the couch, in the kitchen, from the master bed, everywhere. The couch is big and comfy. They have a cute coffee bar area. I prefer to bring my own but it was still so adorable all the different options they had for you. The beds/toppers/pillows were amazingly comfortable and high quality. They have Roku set up in each room so you can log in to any of your platforms. The owner stayed in constant communication so we were never unsure about anything regarding check-in/check-out/rules, etc. I would recommend this condo for sure and stay here again👌 Top-notch hospitality👌

Great girls weekend! The place was roomy and a great view with an ocean breeze.

We visited with our 14 month and 4 year old so proximity to the beach was a MUST! This condo had the best view of the beach out of all the condos at The Club. Is it just as large as it appears in pictures. Beautifully decorated, but nothing within child's reach that had to be baby-proofed. Plenty of space for our littles to roam. We definitely plan to return!
