This is not yourtypical vacation rental and that was entirely the point.

Thoughtfully renovated and redesigned from the ground up, this is one of the most stylish condos currently available in Monterey Country Club. This one of a kind retreat was created with a more curated approach to vacation living and enjoyment. Every room, every detail and every amenity was carefully considered to create a home that feels stylish, distinctive and incredibly comfortable.

From the furnishings and artwork to the lighting, textures and finishing touches, there is a sense of personality throughout the home that you simply don’t find in the typical cookie-cutter vacation rental. The result is a space that feels polished and sophisticated without ever feeling precious—a home designed to actually be lived in, relaxed in and enjoyed.

And while the design may be what first catches your eye, just as much thought went into how the home functions. The property has been exceptionally well appointed with virtually every amenity you could want during your stay, not to mention quite a few you probably wouldn't expect.

Where You Will Sleep:
This home features new, top of the line, insanely comfortable mattresses in both the master bedroom (king size) and guest bedroom (queen size). A twin size memory-foam day bed in the multi purpose room and Pack 'n Play are also available.

Feel right at home in a very large and gracious master suite that includes a wall length closet, tons of storage for you long term renting snow birds, a dedicated work station and a truly breathtaking bathroom with a double sink vanity and a large, walk in shower. The guest suite also includes lots of storage, a large, wall length closet and the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination is just steps away.

Chefs both amateur and professional will love to cook in the awesome kitchen with all new appliances, amazing views and every tool and small appliance you can speak of. We have both a classic drip coffee machine and a Keurig pod machine. There is even a pass through window for the BBQ area on the patio. The BBQ is a top of the line natural gas Weber brand perfect for cooking and dining al fresco on our wonderful, inviting rear patio with tons of dining space and comfortable lounge seating for relaxing and soaking up some of the sun we are so famous for here.

All the televisions in the home are large format flatscreens that have Internet and streaming capabilities and we have a very comprehensive channel package with our cable service. If you must work, enjoy very fast and reliable Wi-Fi that even works on the magnificent back patio.

The home is located on the gorgeous fairway of the 8th hole on the West Course. We have gone the extra mile for our would be guests and are full, resident members of this private country club which means as a guest of ours, you will have full access to the state of the art fitness center, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball court, numerous restaurants, countless golf/social events and perhaps most important, full access to the 27-hole Ted Robinson Jr. designed championship golf course! *We cover the guest registration fee but our guests are responsible for green fees if they wish to golf and a daily fee of $10 for the fitness center if they wish to use the fitness center and the adjoining sport court facilities. An amazing deal and this is one of the few rentals in here that does this.

Though once at our beautiful home you may never want to leave; the premier Palm Desert El Paseo Shopping District with a plethora of wonderful restaurants, outdoor activities, galleries, high end stores, you name it is just a few minutes away.

**It should be noted that every year in late September - late October, there are sporadic course closures while the golf courses scalp and over seed to get ready for the winter and spring seasons. This country club has three, 9 hole courses so they do try to stagger their closures, however there can be a 7 to 10 day period in mid to late October that all of the courses will be closed at this country club. There are still many other great courses open to the public that guests will be able to play during that time but just please keep that in mind if you are planning to come here for golf during the month of October.**
