Stayed Jul 8, 2025This condo was so incredibly spacious and exceeded our expectations. It was more than double the size of other condos we have stayed at before. Beds were comfy and the couch was literally the most comfortable couch and our entire family could sprawl out after dinner while we recovered from a day in the sun. Covered parking was a nice surprise, and the pool area was great. The view head-on of the ocean was amazing, and we watched dolphins from our balcony. The building was kept very clean, and our condo had everything we needed like beach chairs and beach towels. Our kids are a little bit older but there were sand toys too for those with littles. Any time we had a question, Connie was extremely responsive!

Stayed Feb 11, 2023This condo was a little dated, but it was very clean and very spacious. A great location. Great interaction with on-site management. Easy check in and out. Many restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful beach area in front of condo. Pool area is a little on the small end, but very nice and well kept up. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Stayed Sep 18, 2021This property is just as described and probably one of the cleanest places I have rented! The view is great, it's close to restaurants, has a nice pool, great beach, hot tub and covered parking - we saw dolphins and Pelicans diving into the water for food, was pretty cool. Yes, it is a little dated but the pictures correctly describe everything. There were beach chairs and floaties in the closet if needed (we didn't use). There are a few things which would have been great for travelers such as, more than 1 roll of paper towels, more than two trash bags, a few tide pods, some soap in the kitchen for hands and dishes (there was dishwashing soap) so if you are staying here you will most likely need to head to the store to pick up a few things but it's not a big deal since you have to get some food anyway. The reason I knocked off a star was because of the road noise in the bedrooms and the uncomfortable bed. The windows are not very sound proof and you could hear everything on the road - in both bedrooms. You will need to have some sort of white noise maker to sleep. We put on the fan and used a white noise machine and were able to sleep fine but never could get comfortable on the bed. However, overall it was a great place, great price, and great communication.

Stayed Feb 23, 2021We did a 3 night stay at Seaview after spending a few days in Orlando. The Seaview and the condo couldn’t have been better. The condo is very spacious and clean. The balcony is large with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. We will definitely return.
