This spectacular condo has one of the best locations, situated on Nottingham Park and Lake. Its views of the lake and BEAVER CREEK ski slopes are in full view from the windows and deck. The views are truly amazing! You can walk around the lake, swim, fish, paddleboard (SUP), or kayak at Nottingham Lake. Take the kids to the playground, play beach volleyball, take in a concert at the Avon Performance Pavilion. Throw the football, play basketball/pickle ball/tennis, watch the 4th of July fireworks. Bring your skates in the winter for ice skating. Walk along the Eagle River or pick up the bike path for miles of fun. The possibilities are endless! The town of Avon also has great events, restaurants, bars and shopping.

Overlooking the lake, the patio provides exceptional viewing in all seasons. The deck includes patio furniture and a gas grill. This condo has the Avon shuttle stop right outside the unit. Hop on the bus for a 3 minute ride to the Westin where you can get on the Beaver Creek gondola which takes you to the slopes. There you can ski, snowboard, tube, and more. Vail Resort is another great option and less than a 10 minute drive away.

The main area has a vaulted ceiling, including many nice finishes. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, and stainless steel appliances. The dining room and kitchen have seating for 8. The home features 1 king bed on the lower level with the kitchen, dining rooms, & main area. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms both with attached bathrooms. 1 king bed master suite and a bunk room for 4. Perfect with multiple families to share. The home also includes a spacious living room with a 50 inch HD Smart TV, fireplace, hot tub (shared with the other units).

This welcoming home is very family friendly with several upgraded features that other rentals in the area don't offer. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PETS (NO EXCEPTIONS). The unit includes parking for a max of 2 vehicles in designated spots only. Garage spot will only fit a small-mid SUV.

Here are the house rules:
1. Absolutely No Smoking of any kind inside the home or on the patio (includes marijuana and/or vaping)
2. Quiet hours from 9pm – 7am. No Parties. The condo houses mostly locals that work on the mountain.
3. No pets
4. Parking: there are only 2 spots for parking. 1 in garage & 1 designated outdoor spot. Garage only fits a small SUV. You may be towed if you park in other spots.
