Tybee Sun-Setter! Ahh-mazing views Tybee Island

The place was great and as-advertised.

Loved that the beach wasn't over crowded. I didn't like the the bed is right when you walk in.

To start with the balcony. The carpeting was shredded and in very poor shape. The slider door was almost impossible to close and when it was completely opened it wouldn't close.The kitchen. The faucets worked backwards and it only a spray. Calcium buildup allover it. The bathroom. The worst. The shower handles were reversed. The shower didn't drain properly. It was taped on the seat. It was gross. The floor around it was destroyed from the shower. No stopper in the sink. We lost the cap of our toothpaste down the drain. The bedroom was fine. The air conditioning was very noisy.BTW there was no salt and pepper. First time ever for us. We will not recommend this this property and we will not be back.

The overall stay was good. My only complaint is the attention to details. There were two coffee makers in the unit, one that worked and one that did not. Get rid of the broken one so guests aren't wasting time and money. The crisper in the frig was broken. The front left burner does not work on the stove. The drain in the shower is extremely slow to where there was a 1 1/2 puddle of water when getting out. It will eventually overflow if not fixed. I think all the faucet knobs are backwards. Last, the sliding door was hard to open and close because it needs greased.As for the cleanliness of the place, it was not as clean as it could/should be. The glass sliding door was all smudged. The kitchen cabinets are fingerprinted around the entire area of the handles. The front of the glass oven door has grease and grim down the front. Last, the toilet was wiped but not cleaned. I could still see urine drops behind the seat from the guests before us.

Condo was nice but dated. Bathroom needs a complete update. Weather turned pretty chilly, 40s at night, so extra blankets would have been nice. Bed and bedding were nice and comfortable. Living room love seat and recliner were comfortable. Refrigerator was pretty loud. Was surprised there wasn’t an elevator but don’t believe one was listed either. Very convenient to walk about 50 steps right to the beach which was very walkable. Kitchen amenities were adequate.

The view was fantastic and exactly as advertised. While the amenities are basic and a bit dated, they were comfortable and met our needs. The condo is priced fairly, and the owners were responsive throughout our stay. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience.

The balcony view was terrific. Room was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Very quiet but close to restaurants.

Room was as described. The view was amazing. We saw dolphins everyday and the view was great from the balcony. Distance to the beach was excellent. Rental was as described

If you’re looking for a place to rest and relax with the best Ocean view well look no further. Reservation online was so easy a toddler could do it also check in instructions a no brainer. Condo was clean and comfortable with the best Ocean view all day everyday. Room was cool and comfortable and so quiet. Oh and I did not mention the Price it was Amazing also. Cudos to Maintenance, Groundskeeper and the best Housekeeping ever. Thanks so much Tybee Island Rentals we will definitely be returning. Sincerely Annette L

needs a TV in the Bedroom and needs instructions on how to use the 2 remotes for the only TV in the place! need to let people know there is a elevator at the other end of the building, e found it last day after walking up and down the 3 flights of stairs at the end we were at several times with BAD KNEES !

As others have mentioned, the apartment is very small in every respect -- living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. But it is well equipped, comfortable, and has great views. If you're looking for a quieter Tybee Island beach experience, this is a great place. The only real downside for us was the pool area being constantly overrun with families -- there was almost never an umbrella, chair or table available. But the beach is just a few steps beyond and better in most ways anyway.

I’ve stayed at this complex many times. I was delighted to find a king bed! The openness is perfectly fine for a couple. The view was nice and the condo was clean.

Beautiful sunsets, amazing views, overall great trip. The condo, was nice, but needs a few updates, and a deep clean. Overall it was a great trip and I would go back.

Great location. Not far into Tybee so the beach was always quiet. Condo was great. Everything you need is there. Only suggestion is to add pot holders for the oven. I had to use the towel to get an item out of oven. Balcony has clear view of the ocean so having morning coffee was a great site. Pool was clean and walk to ocean was easy. Wonderful place to getaway and relax. A great trip all and all.

Great view, and unbelievable dolphins. Place needs some interior work, but comfortable and overall a good experience. Would stay there again

Cool place with great location to beach, savannah and the pool is nice.

Had a great stay. Host was easy to communicate with and got back right away if there were any questions. Quiet side of Island.

Condo had comfortable furnishings & a great view of the bay

We rented this condo, and it was less that what we expected but it was ok. This unit is on the third floor and has a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins play. The unit itself is very small. When you open the unit door you are in the bedroom which took us by surprise. The bed was excellent. The bathroom is small, and the shower needs to be updated. It had some cracks in it. The handle on the sliding glass door was broken off and awkward to open. You can't check in until 4 and when we arrived shortly after 5 the white card that was supposed to be in the lockbox was not there so we could not get through the gate. We called office left message, emailed and after 30 mins or so we finally followed behind another car to get on the grounds. We finally found out that a small disc attached to the key chain was a new way to open the resort gate. The lock box is a hard to open and close, need to be replaced. Overall, the unit was fine as we were only there for a couple of days.

Enjoyed the stay in this unit. Very small but just great for the two of us. The beach area was so close and very accessible.
