Tybee Island Paradise: Cozy 1 bedroom Condo Rental

This place was beautiful ! Beautiful beach view from patio and beach is literally 10Steps away .

Great location, one of the few right on the beach (over the dunes). The awesome thing about this location is seeing the gigantic container ships that go by every couple of days or more. Great view from the balcony. Didn't forget to bring your own paper products and remember there's no dishwasher.

Really enjoyed the stay, great views. We look forward to coming back.

Property was great and very homey. Met all of our needs for an amazing beach trip. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The unit had a nice view and was easy to get to and use!

Location is excellent! BUT the condos are in major need of refurbishment. The buildings look like they were built in the 70's-80's and not much has been updated other than the pool area. The wood on the balconies are beginning to rot, glass windows and doors need replacing, appliances, and furniture have definitely seen better days. Water damage stain on the living room ceiling. No batteries in the remotes. Clean towels and sheets the rest of the condo was filthy. Dust on everything. Hair in the fridge, silverware drawer, bathroom and let's not forget the roaches.... Did speak with the front desk and she assured me that pest control sprays every 2 weeks and that she would find out who the house keeper was and resort it... Overall the place has potential but we won't be back until some updates are done.

The overall of the condo and the club was pretty good. Friendly staff and nice pool area was a plus.

Assciation rep chased my daughter and accused us of having an animal on the premises. It was an emotional support stuffed animal. When I corrected the woman she accused me of lying. When I showed her the stuffed animal, she didn't apologize and ran back to her unit.

Rented this place in a pinch, our original condo canceled last minute due to sale of property. Property was mediocre but not much available with two weeks to spare. Upon arrival we took our shoes off due to our baby crawling around and after a couple of minutes or feet and his knees were black. The bunk bed in the hall where our toddler was going to sleep had a ton of sand across the bed and not just a couple of grains that could have been missed. It was like a half handful scattered The main bed had a large hair laying there when we pulled sheets back. The bathroom shower curtain has mold on it and a half used roll of toilet paper, half used roll of paper towels and no trash bags was what we arrived to. We arrived on Saturday so after reaching out we heard back from the host on Monday who said it had been cleaned and offered a cleaner which we declined at that point. Overall it’s a good location and we made the best of it but much better options at same location for less money at that.

I loved the fact that sitting on the deck we looked right out at the beach and was only a short walk to get to. Bedroom is pretty small, but we managed. One thing I wished it had was an ironing board, it did have an iron, just no board.

We enjoyed our unit. It was perfect for a little getaway. On the beach and the pool was refreshing. We will stay again.

This place was wonderful for the beach access. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. I had to give it 2 stars for cleanliness due to the fact that some of the dishes still had food in them from previous tenants. There are not many pots and pans to cook with. Also, there seems to be long time residents that just seemed to not be very considerate to others; one person was clipping their toe nails INTO the pool. Be sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, and all toiletries. The balcony view is beautiful but hardly any breeze with no overhead fan. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The island is great.

Great view of the ocean. Dolphins jumping all day. Walked on the beach and saw hermit crabs in the morning. One draw back is AC was weak. Spoke to manager and she said she will get it addressed. Management was very friendly and I believe it will be fixed

Nice and clean for the price! Definitely could use some updates but it had everything we needed. The management was really nice as well. The ease to get to the beach was awesome.

The reality company did great for an island that was hit by 6 inches of snow. I would definitely use this company again.

SUMMARY: FAIR (grade C+) GOOD: nice loc, cozy place, parking, security, good heater, good value SO,SO: Bath fan no work, TV in BR unuseable, cockroach runs across LR and kit floor SUGGEST: Step stool for bunks, blow drier, light over kit table, more blankets than just one, pens/pencils, writing pad, move bath light switch to inside bath. Tape dwn rug corner in kitchen - trip hazard.

wonderful and cozy for two people

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and in a very good location. Easy drive to Savannah. This gave us the opportunity to have a beach vacation as well a visiting the beautiful city of Savannah. My only recommendation would be for the condo to provide a beach chair or two.. I’d stay here again!

Great view. Short walk to the beach. Really nice pool.

We loved the place. It was roomy and updated. The view was excellent with clear sight of the cargo ships, dolphins, and shrimp boats.
