Two-story beachfront penthouse with ocean & bay views, pools & game room

Loved the location and security of the building. Pool was really nice.

Let me start by staying i have never written a review but I had to to thank whoever owns this penthouse for sharing your home because me and my family travel alot and I have 4 grandchildren and this was so perfect! There was nothing I had to bring!! There was literally everything there!! The only thing I needed was food!! The house was exactly like it was pictured, but the view was even better!! It was just perfect!! I can't wait for next year!! Thank you sooo much!! I recommend this to everyone!!

The amount of space in this condo is fantastic. The pictures and description are spot on. Kitchen is fully stocked. The kids loved the pools. We didn't use the arcade room but that was because we had gorgeous weather. I miss the live music the hotel next door used to have everyday starting at 4pm.

Plenty of room and will come back again

This was the 2nd year in a row we have rented this condo. It is absolutely perfect with the exception of the fact that there were no kitchen cloths or dish towels. NONE. You wouldn't think that would be a big deal but for someone who cooks alot and wants to clean up afterward, it's HUGE. I remember reporting the same thing last year and thought it wasn't too much to ask, but last year I think we had one dishtowel. This year....NONE. It's not a big dollar item. Buy some handiwipes so we can wipe off the counter tops and buy a couple of dish towels so we can dry stuff off. The cost of this place surely provides enough to do that. I hate to give bad reviews but that is a huge inconvenience. The place is beautiful -- make it easier for those of us fortunate enough to stay there to take better care of it.

Comfortable, well equipped, awesome bay and ocean views

The beach was beautiful, and we were lucky to have a full moon one night.

This property had all the things and was perfect for our group!

It was exactly as shown in the pictures. of it. We had ample room for many people, nice appointments, everything we needed to cook and bake. We looked forward to coming back in the evenings and the games were there for our enjoyment. It was a very relaxing, enjoyable stay, close to everything both in OC and Fenwick. Had awesome views and an indoor pool for our yoga in the pool. Thank you !

The view and space here was all we needed. The view was absolutely beautiful from the loft, bay and ocean views, and we had 10 people stay and there was still plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to beach! Kids enjoyed the game room and pools! We loved our stay here!!!

Beautiful spacious condo with all amenities you could want in the unit.

The property was very nice. The penthouse was spacious ,comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I wish they would provide two full towels per guest.

Impressive. Kitchen, beds, toys and chairs for beach, very roomy and comfortable. The only neg. Is I felt like I was staying at the unit at the end of season, so kitchen floor was just swept, showers needed a more thorough cleaning around tracts and balcony needed something to kill the green.

This is an amazing property with space for a large family and fantastic views of the ocean and the bay.

This condo was amazing. Very clean and well kept. Plenty of space for our family including 2 small children. We’ve been coming to Ocean City for over 20 years as a family and this was the best condo we have ever stayed at. Staff were very friendly and helpful too! All around a great experience!

It was beautiful and everything was fine, except one night we were super hot and couldn’t sleep. We had no idea why and then saw in the morning the air conditioner said the filter needed to be changed. It got up to 76. It must of stopped working in the middle of the night.

Beautiful condo and affordable during off season. View of both the bay and the ocean. Lots of extra blankets and pillows, games, room in a cabinet for our food and snacks so they didn't have to be an eyesore on the counters. Both a Keurig and coffee pot available. We were so much more comfortable in the king bed rather than the typical queen.

We loved the unit. Very clean and welcoming. We especially loved the view from all of the rooms and the staircase. The interior shutters added to the beachy feel of the place. Beds were very comfortable. Would have extended our stay if we could have.
