Two-story beach gem with wraparound screened porch, pool, sauna & gym

Perfect for 5 adults! It is modern, clean and bright. Love the enclosed wrap around deck. Easy parking. Great location. My 3 adult kids could easily work virtually and we played tennis/pb every night. Tram makes getting to beach so easy! Awesome 4 separate bedrooms. Would book again!!

Place was incredible & well maintained.

We had a great stay. The home is wonderful and very clean. Spacious main dining/living room area. There were seven in our party but we didn't feel too cramped at all. The screened in porch was one of our favorite areas. Note that one of the four bedrooms has more of a trundle bed- not two seperate twin beds as seemed to be implied- but it worked for us. Most of the bedrooms had darkening shades. Their were plenty of extra blankets. Water pressure in the bathroom showers was great. Kitchen is small but sufficient- the appliances are newer and it was stocked with cookware. It also has some spices for cooking, and a Keurig (will have to bring your own k-cups). As for location, it is located in a very convenient area within Sea Colony. We visited in early October and discovered that the main outdoor heated pool, which also includes a splash pad area for the kids and a large hut tub, was still open. The fitness center is also nearby and has an indoor pool and hot tub as well. We checked out the tennis center and played some pickleball indoors (outdoor courts were unavailable because there was a tournament that weekend, but they looked very nice). Our only issue during our stay was the fireplace not working, but the team was responsive and sent someone out the next morning to fix this. The off season seems to be a good time to go- not crowded and we had great weather warm enough to even swim in the ocean. Overall we loved this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We checked out Ocean City and definitely Bethany Beach was the better option. The downtown area was shockingly open! The kitchen is stocked with cookware beautifully. Loved the bathrooms and the layout. There was so much space. The keyless entry is beautiful. Super convenient location! My only notes: -The wifi is pretty slow, so streaming is a bit choppy. -The pool doesn’t offer towel service and there aren’t pool towels at the house, so be prepared for that if you plan on using the pool. -There was only one kitchen towel, so use sparingly! Otherwise it was pretty dreamy!

Enjoyed 3rd week on June 2022 at this comfortable home with four bedrooms. It has a nice kitchen and large refrigerator. We cooked on breakfast, lunch and dinners. Thank you
