Spectacular ocean view. All my family enjoyed.

We had a wonderful experience at the condo! The check in was a breeze and security was awsome. The condo itself was very clean with very comfy beds. We loved that the patio had a granite countertop where we enjoyed coffee in the morning overlooking the ocean! The livarion is only minutes from restaurants,malecon and playa hermosa! I thank Scott for the attention and help with all of our questions. I highly recommend this condo, we will definitely be coming back! Thank you Scott once again!

Our stay at Scott’s condo at Princesa de Penasco was outstanding! Located in Building E, the closest to the beach, the condo offers breathtaking ocean views from both balconies and easy beach access, creating a relaxing, private escape.The comfortable mattresses stood out, providing restful nights after long beach days. The condo has been fully remodeled with modern upgrades like high-speed WiFi, USB charging ports, HD TVs with DirecTV and Netflix, a Bluetooth sound system, and keyless entry, making the stay seamless and enjoyable.The friendly resort staff made us feel welcome, and we loved dining at Colin’s Cantina, the on-site restaurant offering delicious, reasonably priced meals.Scott’s hospitality was outstanding. He provided a Digital Welcome Book packed with local tips and promptly answered all our questions. His attention to detail ensured a hassle-free stay.The well-maintained resort features three pools (one heated), a jacuzzi, beach palapas, BBQ grills, and 24-hour gated security, adding to the peace of mind.This condo’s prime location, modern amenities, and exceptional host made it a fantastic stay. We can’t wait to return!

Good spot to stay. It's a 5th floor condo but also has a second story where the master suite is at. Great view of the ocean and pool area. Everything is clean and everything worked with no issues.

Came from Phoenix to have a nice birthday weekend getaway for my husband. Came with our three teens, along with an uncle and an aunt. Beautiful property and in an excellent location on Sandy Beach. Highly recommend this stay - more than enough room for me and my guests. The penthouse suite was of course a favorite and the view was chefs kiss. They have a great onsite clubhouse that includes some workout equipment, table tennis, and a comfy seating area with an assortment of books for our avid readers. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a home meal (and help save yourself a little bit of money). The grocery store isn't a far drive, but we did come with some items from home to help reduce what we would need to buy, like spices and drinks. The property is already nice and air conditioned, so walking in on a hot summer day is very refreshing. The check in process was so simple - you get your wrist bands and the security gate entrance and enter your code to access the property. Scott, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would stay again.

The location was great, next to the ocean, easy to get to the beach, shops and food available on premises and other nice places nearby. Condo itself was very clean and well equipped with up to date amenities. Great spot.
