Two Private Balconies! Heated Waterfront Pool & Hot Tub, Fish From the Dock, Just Steps to the Beach

We had some issues when we first got there, but the communication was absolutely amazing and they worked through them. They went above and beyond to help us out, and I would absolutely go back in a heartbeat.

The condo was very clean when we got there, with all the amenities you need. The sheets weren’t the softest, but smelled very fresh. We enjoyed the ease of walking basically across the street to get to the beach, and also liked sitting in the pool. Having a Publix (and a new ice cream shop!) right next door is great, especially for people with children. You don’t really know it’s there because the parking entrance is off the other side of the building! There are many restaurants within walking distance; pizza (Britts), fine Italian (Gigi’s), above average bar food (Ricky T’s/Sloppy Joes), and even breakfast (Sloppy Joes). The only thing we would have liked is to have a keypad on the south stairs entrance. You need a key to get in that way.

Our biggest complaint were the beds. All of our backs hurt from sleeping on them. Otherwise the property was nice. The pool and hot tub were great. The location to the beach, Publix and other spots was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed for breakfast and lunch- nothing elaborate.

We loved our stay. The facilities were wonderful and worked well for our family of four (with two small kiddos). Convenient to beach and groceries and very spacious. Thank you!

Condo is very comfortable and spacious! Very clean and conveniently located close to Publix, next door, and across ftom the beach. Would highly recommend, team is there to assist with any and everything, immediate responses given by them!!! Well run!

Only thing is The door locks on the first floor seem loose and hard to turn the keys

Aside from a few minor housekeeping items, the place was great. The dryer lint trap was packed full before our first use (gross). I realized this after it took 3 cycles to dry our first load of clothes. Also, there was no drain plug for the sink to wash dishes. Location was perfect, within walking distance to several restaurants and right next door to the grocery.

Overall, we were very disappointed in our rental at 101 - Palms of Treasure Island. We found the condo to be very dirty and rundown. Although we were told that there could be some outside construction during our stay, we certainly were not informed about the extent that this would affect our stay. The balcony off the master bedroom was boarded closed (even though it was advertised as having 2 functional balconies). This left the only remaining, usable balcony facing the busy Gulf Blvd. The advertised hot tub was actually boarded over and closed for the duration of our 12 night stay. While technically open, the pool was virtually unusable from 8-5 due to construction crews using air hammers running off of a generator beside the pool. While we were prepared for some noise, the noise level was intolerable. Upon arrival, the dish washer had such a stagnant smell that it was nauseating. The fridge, although clean, was so noisy when it cycled that we needed to unplug it when we watched tv in the main room. The furniture was very dirty and stained and the pillows left for the pullout bed were heavily stained and quite disgusting. We had to purchase extra pillows for our daughter to use. As well, the bed springs in the mattress on the pullout couch were so painful to lie on that we had to purchase extra blankets to add cushion. The tub was very dirty and the shower had structural damage from long term water leakage resulting in difficulty closing the shower door.
