Two-level condo with loft bedroom, pool & hot tub, central A/C

This was just as described. We came into town for Wedding. It was close to everything. Grocery is 5Min away, Botanical Gardens 8 min ( where the wedding venue was) Top golf about 15 min, shopping is close as well. All around perfect location for our stay.

I stayed in this condo for 7 nights. The upstairs A/C worked for the last 2 nights. I contacted the Trip Manager after night #2 and moved to the main floor bedroom. The temp upstairs was 82° +. I was told via text from Trip Manager that I would be contacted by a local person/company to fix the A/C. No one contacted me. On night 6 the upstairs A/C started working. Odd to say the least. There were bugs in the upstairs bathroom, on the counter and behind the door. The main floor patio door was unlocked upon arrival, the front door needed an odd, unfamiliar 10 digit entry code to get into the condo every time and the Arizona door was missing the entire lock mechanism. Definitely room for improvement for safety and security.

This condo was clean but could benefit from a good scrub like the baseboards, walls and some doors. The upstairs A/C was not cooling the upstairs for 5 nights with the interior temperature upstairs at 82 or higher. I contacted Vacasa Trip Manager on day 2. I was told they would need to contact local staff to come check the A/C unit. On day 6 the A/C began cooling the upstairs although no one had contacted me and noone arrived to repair the A/C unit. The thermostats are new technology and perhaps accessible remotely however someone should have been in contact with me. Also, upon arrival the main floor patio door was unlocked, the front door needed a random, unfamiliar 10 digit code to gain entry every time and the Arizona door latch was gone so there was no way to lock the Arizona door. This is a safety and security issue.

We enjoyed our time. The beds were super comfy and the pool was amazing. The only negatives were some of the lights didn't work and we didn't have a code to use on the indoor garage door, so we had to walk around each time. Overall, it was a great experience!
