The Bear Lake State Park Marina is only half a mile east, allowing you to lounge on the lakeshore and take out a boat with ease. You'll also find many things to do within a short drive, whether you choose to visit Garden City Beach (a mile south), the Bear Lake West Golf Course (four miles north), or Beaver Mountain Ski Area (14 miles west).

We really appreciated the early notice that the condo was ready. We had difficulty finding the pillowcases and it would have been nice to have a couple more baking pans. We loved the outdoor area and the view
We really liked the location and the view was amazing! But the toilet downstairs was broken and two people cannot shower at the same time. I really wanted to take a bath after a cold day, and there was not enough hot water. We also had trouble getting the downstairs TV to work because there was no remote.
The area and the property were great, beautiful view of lake. We only had couple of cleaning issues but the guest service person Sue, addressed them immediately. We would definite recommend this property, close to stores and as mentioned beautiful scenery and especially for taking rightful walks. Wonderful stay.
The condo was cozy, clean, close to the super market! And restaurants. Love the swimming pool..
Some issues with the complete cleaning of the property. Some furniture had changed. Especially the dining table chairs. Wanted padded chairs for playing games but chairs were mostly hard wooden chairs that didn’t match the pictures. A couple of light bulbs were out. The view of the lake was great. The furniture was at least 20 years old in the living room on the slipcovers that they were covering with were old and I'll bet haven't been washed in a year And they would not stay on. The ice maker in the fridge did not work but was running constantly why we were there and I could not turn it off. The location was excellent the unit could use an update
The place was nice. Couches were peeling. Beds were uncomfortable in spare room. This would be 5 stars with updates/upgrades.
We loved our stay! The home was well stocked and centrally located. We had plenty of space to spread out and it had an amazing view of the lake. The two complaints we had were that the mattresses were awful and the upstairs got really hot! When laying down, there were large body impressions in the mattresses making it so your feet were higher than your head. The AC has a warning that you can’t turn it below 70 which is fine for downstairs but the upstairs was around 75 and we couldn’t open the sliding door because the screen was broken. All in all we enjoyed our stay but never got a good night sleep.
Location perfect, needs to have sofa bed replaced before advertising it as an option for sleeping. Generally clean but work needed on detailing; dusting ceiling fans, base boards and spraying for spiders.
The property is in disrepair and filthy. There are a laundry list of items that need attention: carpets are horribly soiled, 50% of kitchen chairs you can sit on because they’re broken, internet and WiFi went out during our stay, and got locked out of unit because of broken screen door. The place is dirty. I wouldn’t go bare foot in the unit. As an example, coffee from the previous guest was still in the coffee maker. ?
The home was very clean and comfortable. In a great location, just a few minutes drive from all the restaurants in Garden City.
