Two Blocks To Saratoga Race Track!

Great location for a week at Saratoga: easy walking distance to the track and downtown. Wonderful accommodations in vintage big house.Well appointed two-bedroom. Great owner, verey communicative and clear in his communications. Totally recommend!

Excellent location, walkable to racetrack and downtown. Condo was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. Sitting on the front porch was wonderful. We hope to book again next year and every year after that!

The check-in was easy and the apartment was just as pictured and described. The location was perfect for walks to the track and into town for dinners. The front porch was amazing for morning coffee and wine after the track! Although we didn’t cook meals, coffee, snacks and light breakfast were easy with the lovely, well appointed kitchen. We will book again!

Check - in: Very easy, by text and e-mail. The guest book was very easy to follow. Kitchen - Excellent lots of dishes glassware and cleaners.

From start to finish my stay was incredible!!! The instructions for check in were detailed perfectly- all communications were answered promptly and friendly! The unit was just amazing!!! The charm in the architecture and the decorations I loved!!! The chandeliers in the closet!!! Amazing!!! This place had everything you could want or need…. Even a steamer!!!!! I steamed my clothes immediately!!! So great!!! This may not be important to many… but… they even had really good toilet paper!!! The downstairs area stays really cool so that’s great!!! 2 great bathtubs too!!!! The location can’t be beat either!!! Just a great place and great stay!!!? Can’t wait to go back and stay again!!!!

Beautiful unit that was lovely for our stay in Saratoga. Only improvements would be the lighting which was too dim for us.... brighter LED bulbs for better vision would have been helpful.

Incredible kitchen with everything that you could ever need to prepare any cuisine. Front porch was incredibly quaint and cozy. Bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The crown molding, wood floors and unbelievable tile work makes this a million dollar condo. The Host is extremely great about communicating. Thank y’all for allowing us to share and enjoy your home.

This huge home is in a fantastic location in Saratoga Springs, with so many activities within walking distance. It is 1/2 mile from the entrance to Saratoga Race Track, It is less than 1/4 mile from Congress Park. And withing 1/2 mile of all the dowtown restaurants and bars. Inside, there are two floors, each with a bedroom and bathroom. It is nicely decorated, with a large kitchen, dining room living room, plenty of closet space.Even though there are 9 units in this house, there was plenty of space in this ine unit. The property manager was easy to work with, and was flexible on check-in/check-out times. All in all, I had a very nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We chose this house because of it's location to the race track and it was perfect. Just a short walk to the track and the house was just like the pictures. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was that the door for the upstairs bedroom was very squeeky and it stuck when opening and closing. This was only a problem for us because my husband is an early riser, so his going in and out of the bedroom in the morning was a bit noisy for me. Other than that it was perfect. Would stay here again.

A great place that was very clean and very modern. Good for 4 adults that want to spend some quality time at the Spa! The property manager was excellent with communication. Highly recommended. Note: to access one of the bedrooms/bath/small den, you have to go down a spiral staircase. Easy enough to navigate.

This is an incredible place to stay! Perfect location to all the sights of Saratoga Springs. Beautiful accommodations. Everything as described. Plenty of comfortable living spaces. Loved the front porch to enjoy the views of Union Ave. Can’t wait to come back here soon!

One of the kind type place, very quaint and comfortable. Great neighborhood and location to everything. I will definitely try to stay there regularly on my up coming trips back to saratoga.
