There are units above, below, and to the north. * Minimum age requirement of 25yo for all guests not accompanied by a parent or guardian.* An early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee - October to May only.* Garage dimensions: 8' wide, 31' length, 7 height* Please note that this unit does not have air conditioning.* Rental comprises the second-floor unit, private balcony, the shared portion of the oceanfront patio, and a 2-car tandem garage.* All stays over 31 nights may be subject to additional fees, which may not be reflected in the balance but will be outlined in the rental terms and conditions. * Monthly stays are for one familial unit staying the entire time and cannot be broken up amongst groups.* Parking can be a tight fit anywhere in the area for larger trucks or SUV's.     This was a wonderful stay at a great location on the boardwalk. About a 15 minute walk from Belmont park and a 20 minute walk from PB Pier, there's plenty of boardwalk and beach activity by the unit with the craziness at either end just a short walk away to energize your day. The unit itself is 2 BR, 2 BA with a decent sized kitchen and living area. Your feet and socks will get black from the LVP floors, which probably get vacuumed regularly, but haven't felt a mop in some time. The kitchen is fairly fully stocked with utensils. No AC, but each bedroom has ceiling fans and the beach breeze was pretty much enough to keep the unit cool. There are just enough towels and bed linens for 4 adults. In fact, the unit is advertised as big enough for 6, but unless children are part of the mix, that might be a stretch. The washer and dryer in the unit works fine to keep your towels fresh, but dries a bit slowly. One roll of TP per bath was left and there are signs aplenty stating not to flush baby wipes, so plan on bringing your own TP for an extended stay. The management company communicates well enough by email, but some of their information differs over the course of several emails, so read each one carefully. Overall, a great stay!

    My family, 2 adults and 4 teens, enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described in the listing. We were able to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach. We also loved being steps away from the beach. We were able to meet the owners and they were friendly and helpful during our stay.

    Our family, six adults ranging in age from 23-79, stayed at this lovely unit over Memorial Day weekend. It met our needs perfectly. We were in town to celebrate a college graduation and the location at the beach made our festivities even more memorable. Unit was clean, well appointed, and had enough room for all of us. The large sliding glass door and picture window brought the beach inside when the weather turned a bit cold on Saturday. Bring a throw blanket and slipper for extra comfort. We did not cook, but the kitchen had plenty of room and stocked with the basic needs for cooking. We enjoyed walking to Olive Bakery and Kono’s Cafe in the morning and Waterbar for Happy Hour. Great restaurants in Italy, Hillcrest and the Gaslamp district are a short drive. As was the University of San Diego campus. The 2 car tandem garage for our sedans. Will not accommodate a large SUV. Overall, very happy with our stay.

    Staying ocean front on Mission Beach is the only way to go! Great place right in the middle of Mission Beach Blvd.

    We family and I stayed here. the property manger was very prompt to respond with questions and requests. the view is excellent and location right in the middle of Mission Beach, away from the crowds of people at either that are usually at the north and south end of MB.

    Great location on the boardwalk... we loved watching the sunset from the patio every night! This unit is spacious... plenty of room for the 5 people in our group, and garage space for two vehicles is definitely a benefit!
