The property is well maintained and owner/manager was responsive and accommodating to our needs. All beds were super comfortable and we didn’t want for anything.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo has everything you need to comfortably explore the North Shore, fully equipped and very easy to settle into. The location is perfect, close to beaches and all the best spots around. David was great to communicate with, responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from start to finish. We would definitely love to come back!

Absolutely delighted with our stay here! Beautifully clean and well appointed condo with everything we needed to be comfortable. Fantastic welcome book waiting for us with great food and restaurant recommendations; cooked some of our meals and ate out for others. Very comfortable bed (including the sleeper sofa) with nice linens and plenty of towels. Ability to do laundry was a plus, as well as the beach chairs and towels. Very clean condo, very comfortable and a very safe environment. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again with host David…he was terrific to work with. Mahalo David!

It's a sweet little condo, close to the beach and the resort. Very clean with a well appointed kitchen. The property manager is really nice and very helpful.

Never met the host. The amenities were okay. I think the dishwasher needs to be replaced as the dishes do not come clean.

Great condo for our needs. Pool just around the corner and walking distance to the resort and beach. An old style but well equipped. The main challenge was the internet bandwidth. I could not do anything other than basic email and since I run a business and need to stay in touch, this was frustrating.

Loved our stay. Cleanly and nice layout, close to the beach, quiet. Only issue was knives were very dull with dings. Other than that I would recommend it to others.

The resident manager David was so helpful and kind to help me with checking in to my small questions without any hesitation. Very professional!

We absolutely loved our stay. The only constructive feedback we have is that the overhead light in bedroom didn’t work, and it would have been nice to have a TV in bedroom. We would plan to stay again if available for our trip next year!!!

I was a bit frazzled being in an unfamiliar area, and my niece had just completed the 27 mile Molokai Chanel swim. David was amazing guiding me to the property. I’m forever grateful!

We loved the property! It was clean with a convenient walk to beach. Plenty of room for the four of us.

Place was clean and enjoyed our stay. Two minor things... a full size coffepot would be nice, and a bedroom TV.

Loved this property for our family - perfect size for 2 adults plus one 8 year old child. Kitchen had all the cookware and dishes we needed to make some meals at home. Check in & out process was easy due to the organized instructions provided in advance. Property was very clean. We greatly appreciated the washer and dryer unit because it allowed us to pack less and wash clothes and towels, etc. as needed. Some reviews we saw weren’t happy with the unit only having A/C in the master bedroom, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all - perhaps because we were visiting in April and the heat was more moderate than in later summer months. We felt safe here, and there are plenty of walking paths to enjoy and very easy access to the beach. The property had plenty of soap, towels, and cleaning supplies, so we could clean up after ourselves during our stay without running out of anything. My only recommendation for the property owner was to replace the hair dryer because the one provided did not work properly and only blows out cold air on a high setting (no air on the low setting). It is obvious that the property is well cared for and tended to, so I’m confident this will be fixed promptly for future guests. The pull out sofa bed was easy to operate (precise and easy to follow instructions with pictures were provided). We also visited the pool, which was also very clean but does not have enough shade areas. Overall, I would stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo very much. It was relaxing and quiet. It was close to all the attractions we were interested in. Everything was provided for including Beach supplies. We had some difficulties with the Pool fob. It needed to be better labeled. We are looking forward to coming back to your Place. We hope to do it next year.

enjoyed the location, proximity to beaches, fine dining, supermarket, and amenities. condo met our needs perfectly. could use a couple of comfortable chairs and footstool. a little pricy but nice.

Property was so clean and felt very homely. We had no issues with anything! The lanai was amazing for morning coffee and so close to the pool! And pool was 10/10 very clean! We love this place very much. Perfect for our first time on the island!

Great place to stay! Beautiful bays to spend time at, great food options in Kahuku and Laie. Very clean, great location. The only issue is totally beyond the owner's control, during our stay, the unit above us had a family staying there that made a lot of noise. Sounded like they were having a track meet in their unit.

We used to live in Honolulu and often made trips up to Turtle Bay, including renting a condo, so we knew what to expect. This one exceeded our expectations because of its ideal position, right against the golf course with lovely morning views and only the sound of the waves beyond the iron wood trees. We also greatly appreciated the very tasteful decorations, paintings and furniture. The condo was an easy walk to the beach and hotel, but far enough away to hear nothing of anything there.Our host had a most helpful folder explaining all the household appliances including the washer and drier that are modern and worked really well. There was liquid wash soap to hand, and in fact so many small helpful items. The bed was comfortable with a very efficient fan above but also a strong AC. It has two bathrooms, very helpful when two people want a shower at once!!We would happily return next time we come to Hawaii!Thank you to David for so thoughtfully providing a wonderful retreat!

My daughter and I needed a play to stay over a long weekend. North Shore is one of our favorite spots! The condo was in close walking distance to the hotel and beach. The unit was well equip with the supplies we needed. Check in and check out were very easy. The screened in patio overlooking the golf course was our favorite. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great location it's very close walking distance to turtle Bay and the shore. The home is very cozy and had a Roku device which was nice for the kids. The bedroom is air conditioned but the rest of the house is not and just runs on fans but that didn't bother us too much because we weren't there during the day.

Great location with the beach and a pool close by. Unit was equipped with everything you’d need, we really enjoyed our stay! One thing to note is you need the fob to access the pool. Would stay again for sure!

This property is exception! The kitchen was outfitted to a chefs dreams and it was so close to beach and pool! We will be back for sure! Thank you David we loved every moment of our stay!

This place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We used the kitchen a lot and enjoyed the peaceful lanai. Everything was clean and nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the location. If we had some feedback for the property managers would be on climate control. We are from a colder climate, so the local temperature was hot to us. Getting the unit to a comfortable, uniform temperature was challenging. There is a single window style a/c unit in the bedroom at one end of the unit and no good way for the air to circulate through the rest of the unit. So the bedroom was always the coldest room in the unit, and the living room, which is the furthest away, and where we spent most of our time, was the warmest. When we stayed in another unit at Turtle Bay, they had an a/c unit in the bedroom and one in the living room. It was much more efficient and comfortable. Despite this, we had a great time and would stay here again.

We loved the location of this condo within the complex. We loved the view of the ponds and the ability to walk the golf path. We also enjoyed the paths provided by the Turtle Bay Resort and we walked all of them. A tip- past pill box there is wonderful beach that is practically empty and easy to swim in. This home is really comfortable and was well stocked with the basics. David responded to us within a minute during our stay when we had a question. He is super responsive. We plan on coming back to Turtle Bay and staying at this same condo again.

This condo offered all of the basics, with great amenities offered close by at the Turtle Bay resort, which is a short walk away. The property manager was extremely responsive, pleasant, and accommodating. Complex was clean and quiet. Golf course view off back lanai was nice, and we never saw any playing action. Footsteps from unit above can be heard, but not overly disruptive, even with our infant sleeping. Without central AC, living room and kitchen can get warm, but ceiling fan helps and the AC in the bedroom works very well to keep you cool while sleeping. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Kawela Bay for 5 nights and had the best time. The location is ideal, walking distance to the beach, and the use of the resort is a huge bonus. The snorkelling at nearby 3 Tables is a must. Highly recommend

Our family had an amazing time at this condo. It was clean, well-stocked, and in a fantastic location. The property manager was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in paradise!
