Welcome to Turtle Bay 1A, a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath island condo perfectly located between the Gulf of Mexico and Lemon Bay on Manasota Key. This bright and comfortable retreat sleeps up to 6 guests, featuring a King bed, Queen bed, and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

Guests enjoy access to a shared heated pool, perfect for year-round relaxation, and the Gulf beach is directly across the street for easy beach days and sunset walks. For boating enthusiasts, boat docks on Lemon Bay are available for an additional fee, offering access to calm bay waters and the Intracoastal Waterway.

The condo includes free parking, BBQ grills for guest use, and a screened lanai—perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying the coastal breeze. An in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays. Pets are welcome with approval and an additional fee, so your furry companion can join your island getaway.

This small, private condo complex features only 8 units, creating a quiet and relaxed atmosphere while sharing the heated pool and dock. Guests have full access to the entire condo unit.

By booking and occupying this property, you agree to comply with the following House Rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, loss of deposit, or termination of the reservation without refund.

Occupancy
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Exceeding occupancy or misrepresentation of guest count may result in immediate termination without refund.

Minimum Age & Age-Restricted Communities
The primary renter must be at least 18 years old.
Some properties are located in HOA-governed or age-restricted communities, including 55+ communities. In these cases:
All guests, occupants, and visitors must meet HOA age requirements
Age restrictions may apply to primary renters and additional occupants
HOA approval or age verification may be required
Failure to comply may result in denied access, termination of the stay, or HOA fines. These situations are not grounds for a refund.

No parking on lawns, sidewalks, fire lanes, or unassigned areas
Boats, trailers, RVs, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, or oversized vehicles are not permitted unless approved in writing
Towing, fines, or HOA penalties due to parking violations are the guest’s responsibility.

Cleaning & Trash
Guests are responsible for maintaining reasonable cleanliness.
Trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins
Follow posted recycling rules
All trash and personal items must be removed at check-out
Excessive mess or improper disposal may result in additional cleaning charges.

Appliances, Utilities & AC Use
Use appliances and systems as instructed.
Do not set AC below reasonable temperatures
Turn off lights and appliances when not in use
Do not tamper with thermostats, electrical panels, or equipment
Damage caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.

Maintenance & Property Access
Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
Do not attempt repairs
Management may enter the property for emergencies, safety concerns, or HOA compliance
Failure to report issues promptly may increase guest liability.

Behavior & Legal Compliance
Guests must behave respectfully and comply with all laws.
No illegal substances or illegal activities
No unsafe or disruptive behavior
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

    The condo was the perfect space for our family of 3. The location was great, the living space was cute and very clean. Water pressure was great and the beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated having a king size bed in the unit. The hosts were very receptive and helpful.

    Look no further! This pristine, luxurious, beautiful, comfortable condo has absolutely everything you might need for the perfect Florida getaway. The beach, pier, and many bars and restaurants serving incredible food are within walking distance. Fantastic live music at a few neighborhood venues!

    Great location with easy access to the beqch and restaurants; newly renovated with beautiful furniture; and nice community pool. The Kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes and cookware, it could have used a few more coffee cups so we didn’t have to wash them for pur next use. Only downside was they literally give you one very small roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the local Circle K doesn’t sell paper products so you have to drive into Englewood to buy extra toilet paper. Description mentions a couple rolls would be supplied, we assumed incorrectly that they meant a couple for each bathroom. Other than that we enjoyed our stay tremendously.

    The condo was a perfect location, easy walk to the beach and food spots. It was late April so the area was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool as well. The condo was well equipped and decorated bright and cheery. We would absolutely stay again.

    The condo was just as advertised. Everything newly remodeled inside. However, because of the recent hurricane, we were not able to access the beach accessories because the lock was frozen, and also the outside grills had been essentially destroyed by the storm. Also, it’s going to take a long time for the area to recover from the storm, there is a lot of damage to many of the businesses and residence in the area.

    Our stay was wonderful. The beach is just a short walk away where you will find the beautiful water. Lots of chairs and items to use in the storage spot The condo was quiet and new! Our favorite spot was the porch where we played cards and chatted. We will definitely be returning!
