Beautiful property! Lots of room and beautiful view. Bathroom floors had not been cleaned. Bedrooms were not dusted on headboard and other furniture. Owner was very accommodating and was easy to work with through text. People cleaning property needs to do their job. Ice machine in kitchen/den area is very loud. Makes it hard to hear the tv if watching a program.

Absolutely awesome. The unit was clean, spacious and had a great view of the beach. The sand and beach was perfect. One thing to keep in mind is the check in could be hectic. Take early check in if possible, if not wait till later in the evening. Communication and response time with our host was top notch. Thanks Kate!

My family and I enjoyed our week at Turquoise Place. My teens loved all of the pools! We loved the lazy river at night with the lights! I wish the restaurant/bar stayed open later than 8pm. We also prefer wristbands vs room keys that get lost. Overall a great place to stay!

Spacious Unit on the beach! Good Stay for the week.

Everything was beyond expectations! The owner, Kate, was so nice and easy to communicate with. The staff at the condominium were all friendly and courteous. And the facilities and location were second to none!!

We were in town for niece’s wedding. Staying in this beautiful condo turned a great wedding weekend into a family vacation. The condo was very clean, and everything was perfect. Communication with Kate was efficient and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the condo- way more spacious than we thought it would be! Full laundry and kitchen. The condo beach bar is nice with good food. We had a great stay and would def stay here again!

This place was perfect for our family! The kids never got bored because there was always something to do! The rental was clean and big and great for the price.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay in Turquois C1906. The condo was beautifully and comfortably decorated, spotlessly clean upon check-in, and was exactly as described and pictured, with all the amenities in perfect working order. The property itself is top-notch with everything you want on-site, including a poolside bar and grill (our favorite), indoor heated pools, lazy river and tennis courts. Other than going out to dinner a couple of nights, we never needed to leave the premises.But the most important thing to us, and our main reason for choosing this particular unit, was that the owner (Kate) herself was the property manager. She gave us every bit info (even a description of how to light the grill) that we needed to know before arrival. But, more importantly, Kate also provided a direct line of communication with her in case we needed anything during our stay, which was a refreshing change from our previous experiences with property management companies at other places. Overall, we had a really great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, spacious and well stocked with household necessities. Outdoor patio was great, everything well maintained.

Great place

This is by far the best stay we have had in the 13 years we have visited. The room and facilities were top notch. The few minor we issues we had were taken care of immediately. None of us wanted to leave.

A great stay for a family with ages from 77 to 2! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to cook meals. House was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Host was so helpful and replied very quickly. We will absolutely be back!

We had a great time. The condo was fantastic. Katie was great to work with before & during our stay. The turquoise was everything we wanted for our family vacation. The condo had every appliance & all kitchen utensils. It was definitely stocked with everything we needed. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

The condo was lovely. Many places that we have rented say that the kitchen is well equipped. This one actually was. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time at the resort. The beach was immaculate. This was our second time at turquoise place, and I would definitely recommend this unit for rental. On a personal note, our granddaughter got engaged on the beach here,
