The condo was immaculate and the views were magical.

Could have lived on that balcony!!! The hot tub in the master bath perfect!! We had a perfect stay with our family. Lots to do without leaving!! Already planning our next trip!

Easy and timely check-in. This was our third Fall Break spent as a family at Turquoise Place and we hope to go back again next September! This unit has a stunning view to the East of Perdido Pass and I especially loved that we had full shade in the afternoons. We also loved that this unit had a sectional on the balcony.

We had a great time but the room was pretty beat up ( walls, doors) I imagine it was due to end of summer season and they are booked back to back that time for repair is limited. Overall it was a great room and it was clean.

As always we had a wonderful time at the turquoise. We have been staying here for years and I hate to say but this room was a disappointment. It is time for a deep clean.-Layers of dust and crumbs under the couch, behind appliances, and the fans have layers of dust too.- The floors were sticky. -all furniture looks old and worn out. Cushions flat and uncomfortable -the rug in the master is disgusting. Looks like a 30 year old shag rug with a huge stain on it -all the walls looks beat up with marks all over them. Definitely time for a paint job -we had plumbing issues in 2 bathrooms -the big plungers next to every toilet is gross to me. I couldn’t help but wonder the last time they were cleaned considering the state of the rest of the place -had air conditioner issues -there is mold in the washing machine-bbq pit needs cleaned -7 remotes and couldn’t get the tv to work

nice place but SanDestin Wharf Condo's are maintained much better.1, Grandson found blue pill on floor and cookie under couch. Thank Goodness he came to us first before trying to eat it.2, Master BR tub is useless would take 6 hours to fill if you want hot water in it at the end 3, Deck Couch cushions are ripped and dried out4, lighter for BBQ did not work 5, chandelier over table had not been dusted in a long long time6,dishwasher fell out and almost mashed out foot when opening 7,curtains in MB need fixed almost impossible to close them all the way8, faucet in MB shower was so hard to turn, you had to use a face towel on the sailboat looking steering wheel knob or it would cut you9, don't waste your time texting the maintenance support help line, they do not reply had to call several times

The property is very clean and well maintained. Check in process was quick and efficient. We had a small issue with our hot tub, but the maintenance guy was called and came out immediately. Hot tub was working fine after his visit. Overall no problems and would recommend to stay here.

We absolutely loved everything thing about it! Nice & clean, everyone was so friendly. We will be back!

Enjoyable

The condo was beautiful and had just the right amount of space for our group. It fit two families with four total kids. We loved being right on the beach, cooking in the condo, using the grill on the balcony, swimming in the pools, and enjoying the hot tub on the balcony. The views were fantastic, and the condo is close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The second king bed was a bit low for adults to sleep in and may be better for teenagers or kids. The condo was clean and quiet. We really appreciated the laundry machine in the unit. Elevators were quick. Parking was easy and came with two spaces.
