Clean and spacious property. Room for a big family. We loved the open living space, deck. Will stay here again!

Everything was great leading up to and even communication on the day of check in. The room was HUGE and very well acquainted. As a former rental owner, it needs some touch up paint in the hallway and master bath, as to be expected by damage of uncaring guest. Everything works as it should, hot tub included. The master bed is dipping and could stand an update, I can see how people may complain, but it's an easy fix. Overall, we had a great time and would rent through Phoenix again!

We appreciated the upscale kitchen that even had decent knives and pans that didn't scare you to cook with. The large balcony was well used by all and even the hot tub was used. Liked that someone came by daily to check the hot tub. Activities for the kids was an added bonus. We had a great week at this stunning property! We do feel that it's showing it's age and might want to make a checklist for cleaning crew. A pacifier was found in the sofa cushions and the dryer was stuffed with so much lint we had to call maintenance. Hairdryer in master and walk in shower bath not working. New mattress needed in master and third bedroom. Despite this minor issues, we would stay here again.

The pools, both indoor and outdoor, were very nice and clean. We also enjoyed the fitness center, steam room and sauna. Inside the condos, the kitchen appliances were top notch! We would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to others. (The only issue we had was the bedding in the master suite in our condo. The pillows desperately needed replaced and the sheets were very wrinkled. We ran out and bought new pillows and sheets. This was our only issue.)

Nice property but 3rd bedroom bath had panel off of tub and hot tub maintenance came three times. Other than that - all good!

Turquoise is a very nice place to stay with several fun activities for young and old. Very nice pools and all in all a pretty place to stay. However we were a little disappointed in the condo we stayed. Front door was kinda scratched up, patio doors were a little dirty on outside edges. Beds had bent supports so beds sagged in middle and wasn’t comfortable. Kitchen chairs had split up leather seats. all simple fixes. Condo was clean it just wasn’t as nice as some of those units we had stayed in before. Master bath had patchwork that needed fixing on walls. For the price I was expecting a little nicer. I will stay at Turquoise again hopefully the owner will go and fix the minor issues. We should have called them about these issues when we first got there but we didn’t. We were excited to be there. We had a great time enjoying the lazy river and pools and all the appliances were very nice just a few minor fixes and that will be a nice condo to stay in.

Only issue was next door construction or somthing making beating racket every morning around 930 starting. Other than that not one issue. Great view

Love this whole property besides one issue i had with the security running the gate as you drive in the parking deck. We were coming back from a long day on the boat and he decides to take his sweet time opening the gate he was on the other side of the guard shack trying to give another customer directions so i waited then had finally had enough waiting so i got out of my vehicle and asked if he would just open the gate and he said to wait a few minutes until he was finished. I asked to speak to a manager he said i am the manager so i said thats funny since it clearly says security on your shirt. I went to the front desk and asked the same question and they said someone would call but of course never did. Besides this one situation everything was great but security clowns beware!
