Beautiful condo. Furnished to feel like home. Amazing view. Really enjoyed the high quality patio furniture. Master bed slept great. The other mattresses definitely could use an upgrade. Would love to bring back family and make a month out of it. I'd feel bad putting them in the other beds as it stands, but everything else about this place was 10/10.

We arrived 30 minutes early and checked to see if ww coupd check in. We were informed no, which is completely fine. We took the time to use the bathroom and call the other people in our party so they didn't come to the lobby. We agreed to meet at publix down the street. We were there maybe 8 minutes before being approached by the manager saying we werent welcome back until 4. I thought it was completely unnecessary to be treated that way. I have a 1.5 year old daughter, a 12 year old daughter, and a 9 year old autistic son who were quietly sitting on a couch rotating using the restroom. We come back at 4 and check in. Make to to the room and realize the balcony is boarded in an area because it's broke. We had 6 kids in our party with 3 being under 3. This is not advertised anywhere and i feel this is a pretty big deal. Later on we go looking around to find the pool. We were told floor 4 so we make our way down there around 6 pm We were once again approached by staff asking what we were doing. We were confused because we had just gotten off the elevator and were approaching the indoor pool. The lady seemed agitated with our presence. They maintenance the hot tub everyday which isnt a problem, but our last day they did their maintenance around 2. Then they put a closed sign on it and said to call for any questions and left a number. I called and left a voicemail with no return call. I called pricketts and they werent able to help any either. We had planned to get in the hottub

Nice condo. But when we booked the picture showed two recliners where the sectional couch is now. Two of our party were elderly stayed in most of the time and the couch was not comfortable. Beds were not comfortable, need a memory foam pad added. Balcony was great although we didn’t get to use it due to weather.

Condo is very large. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly by friendly employees. Location is great.

Very nice, spacious, with great morning sun, and conveniently close to everything in Orange Beach. The balcony railing was broken at the base and was repaired with a plastic zip-tied piece of plywood. Sketchy. TVs could use a refresh, and more dishes could be added.

Overall, it’s a really nice condo and it is worth the money for sure. The condo seems to be worn down, but with a new coat on paint on the walls, the place would look immaculate. Great place for a family vacation!

This is our second year of renting this condo for the week of the Fourth of July. Our family loves it and it is big enough that everyone has their own space. It is nicely decorated and the balcony is wonderful. Turquoise is first class and does everything so well. The Fourth of July celebration is amazing and the staff is wonderful. everything is so clean. The only thing I would change is possibly having more chairs around the pool. There is plenty of space to accommodate more chairs, and that would provide more seating for everyone. As far as this condo is concerned, my only constructive criticism would be that the kitchen supplies need refreshing. The pots, pans, utensils, and wine glasses leave something to be desired. Additionally, it would be nice if they provided more bath towels. This year I brought my own because they do not provide many towels per person and no hand towels and some of the bathrooms. This is an amazing condo and we love it and plan to rent again.

Just feedback fyi, both coffee makers had old grounds in each pot, pantry was unkept, bags on the floor, shelves and floor had to be swept. Nothing major, had a great time. Housekeeping did a good job in the timeframe they had…..

Great vacation.

It is a lovely property. Very spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful wraparound balcony. Resort amenities are wonderful for all ages.

We really enjoyed this property Very spacious great equipment Indoor pool hot tub and sauna all perfect Unit terrace hot tub shut down over 24 hours was disappointing Coffee pot was missing a part and prickett responded and replaced it promptly Would highly recommend

Love the Corner location, view of the Ocean one direction and view of the Bay the other. Love the Hot Tub on the Balcony! Highly recommend.
