Every amenity exceeded our expectations. Awesome condo! Great place to make memories and have some R and R. The resort itself was awesome.

Loved everything about condo. Wonderful!

This was our 6th year staying at Turquoise Place and the first time we had comfortable furniture. It was also the nicest decor. Loved the two reclining sofas. Mattresses are newer. Two sturdy lounge chairs on the balcony were appreciated. Prickett was responsive to maintenance issues. The hot tub is older and small and water leaks through the speakers. The building is showing signs of being older and needing maintenance, such as crumbling tiles in the elevators (which were frequently out of service). We stay in the winter months as “snowbirds” and building management says next year anyone not renting directly from them will no longer be able to participate in activities such as daily coffee, weekly pot lucks, bingo and arts and crafts. For that reason and because of price increases, we will rent elsewhere next year. A favorite activity is water aerobics and all will still be able to attend.

Great vacation! The condo was beautiful, all of the staff were as nice as they could be! We will definitely be back!

Hot tub was not working first day. Mattress in all bedrooms need to be replaced. Not comfortable at all.

My family and I had a wonder experience. This is our second time staying at Turquoise Place. Lots of amenities. Love the private hot tub on our balcony. There were only two cons I will mention. There was not enough cooking utensils, but a super easy fix. The condo is clean and organized, but if you look closer the cleaning crew needs to be addressed. Also, an easy for fix would if addressed. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was amazing. 6 of us stayed there for moms day weekend. Plenty of room for all. Beds were comfortable and view was spectacular. Close to restaurants, shopping, beach of course. Loved the lazy river too! Thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful condo.

I can’t say enough good things about this property! Immaculately clean, breathtaking views, and so comfortable. This was the perfect vacation spot for our family. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely be back.

Our stay was great! The condo was nice, clean, and well decorated. The resort is outstanding. Tons of staff, always friendly and keeping things cleaned up and organized. Our kids love the lazy river which is heated so it’s comfortable any time of the day. Can’t beat the location.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed what the Turquoise had to offer. We loved the hot tub on the balcony and everything about the room was wonderful. All of the staff were helpful and courteous, parking was easy, security was perfect. I did not eat at any of the public spaces. The pools and gym were great as well. I only had one issue, the main shower head in the master suite was a little leaky and allowed for some water to shoot over the glass onto the floor. That could be a trip and fall hazard to some. I thought maybe some teflon tape for the threads may help stop the leak.

Staying on Orange Beach during this time is so much less traffic than Gulf Shores. Our only complaint with this room was the smell of the washer and a little bit of mold found in the washer where you put the soap. I think it’s just where it wasn’t left open to dry. I sent a message to the property manager so hopefully they will address that for the next person. Overall, we were really happy with our stay even though the weather didn’t cooperate.

Property was well done, very nice and clean. Everyone had their personal en suite. All appliances were clean and in working order. We did have an issue with the TVs working properly. Made one call and in 30 minutes had help. Beds were very comfortable for everyone. Furniture looked brand new. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was just as listed. Very comfortable beds and perfect for our family! We would for sure stay here again!

My grandchildren wanted to go to the beach. It’s the best place to stay on Orange Beach.
