Stayed Jun 28, 2025The condo was perfect for our large family. The only two complaints we had were we were given 6 wristband keys for 8 adults and the security guard got way out of line with my husband when he did not have his on. The other complaint was a ring camera was present in the kitchen which should have been disclosed to us.

Stayed Apr 13, 2025The condominium was above expectations. The rooms were all clean and comfortable. The view was breathtaking and wonderful to have coffee on the balcony in the morning. We enjoyed a cocktail in the evening. The view was therapeutic. We will definitely return. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025The condo was beautiful and had plenty of space for our group of 11. The weather was pretty windy, but we still got some good use out of the wrap around patio. Having our own personal hot tub looking out over the ocean was a highlight! Any minor issues we had were handled promptly.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024Everything about this property was perfect for our family. Upon entering the unit everything was clean, furniture was tasteful and comfortable, beds were comfortable, the only thing I could suggest is to replace queen/full beds with kings. We had a problem with the a/c in the main room and I called maintenance, they were at the condo within the hour and made repairs. we also noted that freezer was not freezing and because a part needed to be ordered the maintenance crew actually brought in a chest freezer for our use. We have been renting beach condo's/houses for 23 years and this maintenance team is by far the best ever.! The balcony was large with a hot tub and bar b cue pit we thoroughly enjoyed both the tub & pit. The complex was perfect with activities for the kids, live music and fireworks on the 4th. Beach access was great Will definitely rent this unit again!! Total Satisfaction with Prickett Propertis
