Turquoise Place 1104C 3 bedroom 3.5 baths Private Hottub by Prickett Properties

We did enjoy our stay but we felt there were a few hiccups. First off the a/c works great!👏🏻 The fridge is a great size for large groups. Condo has a great view! The mattresses need updating, very uncomfortable and you roll to the middle of the bed. The master bathtub was disappointing and not working properly. Ample pillows & blankets was nice, the kitchen could definitely use more dishrags. Guest bathroom when you open/close the curtain (easily) the cheap liner falls off the hooks every time.

Huge letdown from the condo, to the main facilities. There were several issues in the condo. Some were addressed, and some are long standing issues. The master bath tub had a sign plastered on the wall that it was broken. The closet door, which is a mirror, was broken and being held together by tape. The wine and drink fridge was unplugged from the wall. Prickett did get running during our stay. The main supports that hold the shelves in the refrigerator are rusted out and shelves cannot hold many things as a result. As far as the facilities, the main pool, the lazy river, and the water slide were all closed. This was not communicated at the time of reservation, although Turquoise Place has its own website and these closures were listed on it. We were not made aware of it until check-in at the front desk. Little did we realize as renters that this information was available on the resort website. The resort also informed us that the pool that has the water slide is due to be closed for repairs soon. Rent with caution that several things may not work or will be closed and unusable, thus making Turquoise Place no better than a simple motel down the road.

The condo was beautifully furnished and had a very well equipped kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year to celebrate our 76th, 78th snd 80th birthdays!

Loved the property, beautiful views and very friendly people.

The place was very nice to stay in. The leather sectional needs an upgrade because it sags when you sit and so does the beds in the room with 2 beds. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the furniture was nice on the patio. The beds in the other 2 rooms were comfortable. We totally enjoyed ourselves.

The place felt dirty and dated! The jets in the bathtubs were filthy. The living room furniture needs to be thrown away!! The door in the master bedroom needs to be cleaned! The bedroom on the right when you come in needs a different bed! The mattress was horrible and it was entirely to tall for most people to get in and out of! The balcony furniture was uncomfortable and had paint chips everywhere!

Living room furniture is worn out. Kitchen is lacking enough serving platters, bowls, and silverware

The place was absolutely beautiful. My only issue was the dishes in the pantry were dirty. Probably because they do not provide any dish liquid and someone got lazy and just rinsed them.
