This beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6. The primary bedroom has a king bed and full bath. The guest bedroom has two full beds and is adjacent to a full bath. The living room and primary bedroom open to a balcony with a spectacular view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen for eating in and there is a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Cable and Wi-Fi are included at no additional charge.

Now for the barbeque. Cook out on the gas grill and eat in the shade of a tiki hut. If you need a little work-out, challenge friends and family to a game of shuffleboard. Ocean Sands is a quiet, well kept, and secure community with the best pool and hot tub on Madeira Beach (so they claim). Restaurants, beach shops, and supermarket are across the street. John's Pass Village is only a mile and a half down the beach and offers a multitude of restaurants, shopping, watersports, casino cruises, and tourist activities. The beach trolley stops outside the door at Ocean Sands and runs all the way from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your Spam folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (Psta) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked Trolley Stop locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: Insurance as listed in Homeaway/-- other charges will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.

    The view off the balcony is fantastic and as a corner unit, you get light from 3 sides. We spent hours every day on the balcony looking at the Gulf. Dolphins, rays and numerous sea birds. The beach is maintained every morning - raked and evened out. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and very well used, but we only had an issue getting an umbrella at the pool once in 2 weeks. Great restaurants in walking distance and tons of big box retail within a five minute drive. The unit is well stocked with linens and towels (no beach towels which we bought at a nearby Walmart). The kitchen had everything we needed - pots, pans, cutlery, glasses. The starter pack that was left carried us through 2 weeks. When we first arrived we had to search quite a bit for all the beach items (cart, umbrellas, chairs, toys) and the balcony furniture. It was all in a closet off of the balcony. The parking space is huge. We would stay here again.
