The Hotel has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy, any time of day, check-in/check-out.

The Hotel's many amenities include a large heated swimming pool set in a tropical garden, multimedia room, library, over sized lobby (the location of the Palm Beach Day Spa), barbecue facilities, coin operated laundry and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxing.

A taxi from the West Palm Beach Airport only takes about 10 minutes and costs roughly $18.

Valet services available, including pickup and drop off at the airport or any other location.

Parking at the Palm Beach Hotel requires a parking placard. After checking in, you can retrieve the placard from the Frontdesk, hang it on your rearview mirror while re-parking your car 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue along either Bradley Place or N. County Road where the signs are posted for 2-hour parking.

Your placard is NOT assigned to Permit Parking along Seminole and the other side streets and it is not for the 2-hour spaces next to Chase Bank. It's only for those regions 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue and only along N. County and Bradley Place where the 2-hour parking spaces begin.

Parking in front of the hotel is limited to one hour between 9 AM and 6 PM daily.

Tip: if you happen to arrive around 6 PM, you can park your car in front of the hotel and leave it overnight until 10 AM the next morning. This can be done without a placard. Please move your car by 10 AM or risk getting ticketed with a $50 fine.

Please remember to return your parking placard to the Frontdesk. You may incur a $50 replacement fee if the placard is lost.

    We have stayed at this building a couple times and this unit was the nicest by far! Very clean, up to date bathrooms, just very nice overall! Loved staying here!

    Quite an example of old Florida. Great location very nice pool, two blocks from the beach and one block from nice shopping and an Uber ride from W. Avenue, the Breakers, etc.

    We had a wedding on Palm Island and this spot was perfect. It was walking distance to the beach, local shopping and amazing restaurants. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The building is older but this individual unit was updated styled beautifully and perfect for our group. We will be back for sure!

    Loved the condo- very clean and stylish. Perfect for our family to play games in evenings. The building used to be a hotel, but now has condos/rentals, also valet, a nice pool, and someone at lobby for check in. Price is great for Palm Beach. The location was perfect- very walkable for groceries, some of our favorite restaurants and morning strolls. We’ve been coming to Palm Beach for vacation for 20 years, but always stayed at really nice hotels, so our expectations are pretty high for service. I think if we were to stay again we would include housekeeping mainly to have enough towels for 2 showers a day, daily trips to the beach and daily trips to the pool. In fact, if I were the owner, I would just make housekeeping the default and increase the price accordingly. It is Palm Beach after all. The owner was nice enough to switch out towels one time during our stay after we asked. The valets were great. Lobby staff could be friendlier, but ok. Again, we are comparing to Palm Beach hotel staff. Lastly, there was a smell of tar at the pool. I think it’s a temporary due to some construction in the area. Overall, a really great option for a more affordable Palm Beach vacation.

    Roomy. Well laid out. All amenities/supplies provided. Closets galore. Quiet location near elevator. Great laundry room. Comfy beds, helpful lobby team... What's not to like!!! Our best PB rental ever.
