You may find a less-expensive unit in the Palm Beach Hotel Condominium, but you won't find a more beautiful, comfortable and private one! Walk to the beach from this deluxe one-bedroom top floor condo with king-sized heavenly bed, 10-foot pecky cypress ceilings, over 630 square feet, and a spectacular, rooftop view of the city and The Breakers. And there is no need for a car. Gourmet restaurants, spas, shops & bike trails are close by. If you do bring a car: $15 per day valet parking isusually available. During rare, exceptionally-busy times, the allotted parking valet spots may be full and you will have to find parking. Overnight parking on the street is free until 9 am the next morning. Then, as a spot becomes available for the valet, they will happily park your car.

The space
Cozy beach cottage feel in a historic penthouse overlooking Palm Beach. Clean, light and high ceilings add to the spaciousness. ONE OF THE ONLY CONDOS IN THE BUILDING THAT HAS CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. Luxury amenities provided, like spa shampoos, conditioner, bath soaps and gels, Gourmet coffee and Nespresso Espresso coffee maker, 2 bottles of spring water, assorted teas, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels. A fully-stocked kitchenette with everything a cook would need on vacation for light bites, except a full oven. Luxury linens & towels provided. New HD TV with Comcast Premium Channels Cable and High-Speed Internet Router. There are washer/dryers located in the condo's large commercial laundry downstairs (accepts credit cards) & a dry cleaner right across the street, so you can pack lightly. Come and enjoy the Island of Palm Beach paradise.

PLEASE NOTE: The space is wonderfully intimate, full of light and tropical breezes. So enjoyable on a smaller scale. Which is why we've restricted reservations to a single person or a couple. Will also consider two adults and child. Please inquire.

Guest access
Pick up your key from the front desk upon check in. Guests will be also provided with a key fob to have access to all amenities that the condo owners have: the heated pool, pool chaises, garden seating area, lobby seating area, library, outdoor loggia and laundry facilities. We are readily available via phone or text if you have any special requests or need assistance to make your stay comfortable. The front desk is staffed 24/7, which makes late check-in easy. We provide a list of our perusal recommendations for local restaurants, grocery stores and things to do locally.

Other things to note
The Palm Beach Hotel was built in 1926 in the style of Mizner. The condo was updated in the 1980s and lends a vintage-Parisian air. For those of you who appreciate landmarked architecture, you will love this condominium building, and will feel like you have gone back in the time of an old, elegant Florida.
